16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

We were impressed from Dan originally visiting us to sell our house in Bradford to all staff Clare, Louise and all the team have been professional, pleasant and their expertise in the field was excellent. Clare's advise and support in navigating us through the whole process was brilliant along with all the team. On behalf of my husband and I we would like to thank you all . 19th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)We’ve just finished a tenancy with Home and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough! After a really difficult experience with a previous agency, I was quite nervous about starting a new tenancy. However, Home completely exceeded my expectations. Lisa was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always friendly, incredibly helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed support. She made the entire process, from moving in to moving out (and everything in between), completely stress-free. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent through Home again. I’d happily recommend them to everyone!

They were realistic with value estimates, extremely professional, excellent at communicating and keeping us in the loop, and kept pushing all parties to get the sale over the line in the desired timeframe. 14th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

Always on hand with a listening ear and Max was just the best support as was Andy. I would recommend Hunters Castleford for a rental to anyone as they are great with the personal touches, I always felt listened to and when I needed them they were always there. We had quite a long sales process and David was on the phone to all parties helping to move things along where he could. We would fully recommend David.

10th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys. Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees. Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents! Ewe move will be the only estate agents I will ever recommend or use again. Professionalism, contemporary solutions, dedication, transparent seemless service and communication, stellar customer service, this is what you get when you choose ewe move!!

The process was very long winded based on delays with solicitors and Gareth was constantly in touch with us and trying to push it all along. Highly recommended!

In the beginning they ensured a smooth transition into the property and were massively helpful in preparing it and ensuring we were happy. If there was ever a problem it was very easy to contact a member of the team and they always responded in a timely, respectful and judicious manner. I had no problems at all with Everbest and recommend them to anyone.
