7th Nov 2019 (4 years ago)Hogans would not do repairs in the property I was living in so I had to move they also had me redecorate the house from top to bottom as I got down to the last room I came off the ladder and fractured my ankle evan then they wanted me to finish the decoration evan tho I had painted 3 of the rooms on more than one occasion due to damp and mold they had also left me over Christmas holidays with no hot water or heating

14th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

They are such a warm and friendly lot. Makes me feel absolutely welcome. If you're considering renting a property, I'd strongly suggest going with Barford Property Birkenshaw. Typical cowboy sales techniques which back up the awful reputation estate agents already have. Avoid if possible. Horrendous experience.

25th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)I have to say renting with Regents of Berkhamsted has been fantastic, they have been on point with everything they do and provided such a tenant like myself and my small family everything we needed. never a problem when anything broke down or needed fixing. I was with them since September 2012 and just recently moved back to London for work reasons and a marriage break up. Definitely living the dream as they say. Rental properties here go like hot cakes in Berkhamsted, so you are dead lucky to get one in such a prestigious Town like this. Well moving on I would like to say renting with Regents has been a pleasurable experience for me and I would like to say they are the best Estates Agents by far in the area. Thankyou to all the team there who have supported me for over a decade. ps. I know where I am coming back to buy in future when I reach retirement age, until then all the best!!
