I have always found them very responsive and professional. An issues are dealt with quickly and they do a great job of looking after our house and our tenant.

She answered any questions I had and showed me around a property that I instantly fell in love with. She got the process done in less than a week , after we were handed over to Ben and he was simply amazing. The smoothest process I have ever had, he answered every question we had and he made sure everything was laid out clearly for us. I can’t thank both of them enough for the amazing work they did in helping us secure a home. They are literally a gift sent from God and I am forever grateful

8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)I want to share my exit experience with Martin and co. My tenancy agreement came to an end so by mistake I paid my full month rent of 625 in advance. I have called their office two times and they said the concerned is not available and will be available in sometime and will arrange a call back which I never received. I have personally messaged the concerned person and call him too never got a call back till now. Please be aware there tone and customer experience changes it was different when you give them money and it is different when you leave the property.

10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)Very poor, spent the majority of the time without adequate internet access in the house. There were often pest problems. 1 of the 2 bathrooms stopped working and was never fixed, which resulted in having to share a basement shower between 6, (12 if you include partners). For the majority of the day there was no hot water in this shower. We would constantly have to press dwell to try and get them to fix the property. Plus they tried to withhold two-thirds of my deposit. Would never recommend.

Karen J was a star in handing comms with the sellers and making us feel valued every step of the way from offer to exchange to completion. Picking up the keys on a Saturday was convenient for us and they had a kind gift waiting for us. Very nice touch, thank you.

2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Kiera was very helpful in the marketing and arranging viewings for our house. She was happy to answer all our questions and was very encouraging about our sale.She was also very prompt in replying to emails and texts during this process. In the end we had a very straightforward sale as we swapped houses with our buyer, but that buyer came from one of the early viewings arranged by Monroes.I would recommend Kiera and Monroes without hesitation.

1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Sold our house with DPSH. It took 8 months, mainly due to the solicitors they 'highly recommended'. We did all the viewings ourselves and had to push for them to encourage the buyers to come back with a higher offer. THEN when we actually sold our house - we heard nothing from them for the full 8 months except 1 token phone call asking us to ring them with an update.... Including on the day we completed and exchanged, we had to arrange to meet the buyers at the house - no phone call checking it had all gone ok, I don't even know if they know we have sold.... I presume they do because they have got a load of money for doing absolutely nothing. Would not use again and would not recommend. 1 star is generous.
