Jacob arranged for it in a few hrs literally and the issue was resolved. I'd highly recommend parklane to whosoever is looking for a suitable property. Keeley went out of her way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She was always in contact with the selling and buying stakeholders and made sure we had the regular updates. She also made sure we keep the completion date planned as per our requirements. Also, in general all the other staff members of the branch i.e. Laura, Ollie and Chris were super helpful. Highly recommended estate agents

5th Oct 2024 (18 days ago)With the exception of the owner, the majority of the team in the Leeds branch are either on the job learning, reactive instead of proactive, or lack any sense of commercial acumen (based on my six years experience of them letting our flat). Just seem to go through the motions without offering much value - after six years of dealing with sheer incompetence / laziness at times we had had enough and there are far better agents out there that offer a higher quality service at a much lower fee. Would avoid like the plague.

I feel that they have been very supportive and proactive in a turbulent and difficult market in a City Centre location. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Agency.

Dale especially talked me through the whole process. The team cooed really well despite an unexpected absence through illness. Also a nice touch that I got a thank you hamper containing various goidies

She was professional and great at communicating updates throughout the process. The property was sold in 2 weeks and we were very pleased with the service overall.
