Mia took my call and even though she was going on a half day and was leaving work early she didn’t hesitate to allow me to view the property later that morning with her. She very professionally gave me a tour of the property and answered any questions. She had her business card at the ready for me to contact her if I needed anything else. A very friendly and helpful member of staff at Manchester Bridgfords branch.

10th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)I was told I could not view the flat unless I first spoke with their mortgage broker. This appears to be conditional selling, which is not appropriate practice. Disappointing experience with the agent.
24th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)I had a challenging start with Reeds Rains Reddish and there were a few issues early on that caused some stress. However, I really want to highlight the excellent support I received from Ryan When Ryan stepped in, he handled everything professionally and consistently. He always made sure to return my calls, kept me updated, and worked hard to ensure things were resolved as smoothly as possible. I was going through quite a stressful time, and Ryan’s calm and reassuring approach genuinely made a difference. He took the time to listen and made me feel confident that everything would be sorted — which it eventually was. While my experience wasn’t perfect at the beginning, Ryan’s dedication and support really turned things around, and I’m very grateful for his help.

After a really difficult experience with a previous agency, I was quite nervous about starting a new tenancy. However, Home completely exceeded my expectations. Lisa was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always friendly, incredibly helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed support. She made the entire process, from moving in to moving out (and everything in between), completely stress-free. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent through Home again. 2nd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Very nearly the perfect experience with Edward mellor having decided to use them for second house sale. Was impressed with Einar for valuation and viewings were well organised but just a little disappointed by tone of questioning when I asked for specific change to process before sign up. Where things stood out though was the tenacious efforts of Devon Spencer to chase progress of sale through. She made me feel I had a real ally in the latter stages as we moved to exchange despite tenuous progress from purchaser side
7th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)We recently had veiwing which were well arranged. We were given a good overview of the property and were allowed to have enough time to see the property without rushing. Shanrawi Qader, the representative from the agency on site, was very professional and helpful and provided us with all needed information.

If you’re trying to sell a property with them I’d move on. Being a cash buyer in no chain I’ve started conveyancing on another property.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

27th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
29th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)We have just finished the sale of our parents home and despite a few obstacles along the way and I must emphasise none were due to the Agent My Property Club pulled out all the stops to market and sell the house keeping us fully informed and up to date with sale progress and inquiries every step of the way which included weekly telephone updates .They were very proffesional and made the process a lot easier cant thank and praise them enough

20th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
