2nd Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)We rented with Metro for 3 years and they were always super helpful and easy to contact if there were ever issues in the flat / we had queries etc. Sophie in particular has been so helpful, and when it came to moving out the flat recently really made the entire process super easy which really took a huge weight off our minds! Would definitely recommend!

28th Jun 2024 (29 days ago)I am badly disappointed by the unprofessional and negligent service I received from Reeds Rains Estate Agents Reddish as a first time buyer . After taking more than 5 months, i have nothing in my hands. My time and money spoiled due to unprofessional behaviours of staff. Never recommend anyone to use them. Totally disappointed
1st Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Having never gone through the process of selling a house, dealing with all at Edward Mellor and in particular, Natalie, it’s been a pleasure!! No question I’ve posed has been deemed silly and whenever I’ve needed to reach her, she’s been there explaining everything, dotting all the i’s and crossing all the t’s for me!!! In short, I was quite nervous and Natalie allayed all my fears and put my mind at ease in regards to things that needed to be done and guided me every step of the way!!! Thank you VERY MUCH Natalie and Team Edward Mellor!!! ??????????

John Ashton valued our house and without a sale board put up I had three people interested immediately. I am dyslexic and had one or two hiccups with the solicitors, Alan Sutton put me at ease and helped me ensure everything was correct - from then on everything went smoothly. I can’t recommend this company enough I would definitely sell through them again . Not only do they have realistic , knowledgeable information on the area but respond quickly to any enquiry. An efficient ?extremely kind team who made me feel so was the n safe hands . 2nd Aug 2023 (11 mo. ago)Lovely landlord. However have spoken and gas engineer out. Keep telling me the same. The unit flicks on for 5 minutes and then off. It never did in my 3 years at this lovely property that I like to call home. Heating and water still crazy. Gutter at front is leaking. Which o can see is causing brick rot. The gutter is leaking that much onto the paving it’s going up the wall. Will be an expensive job for lanlord. From me asking as it bangs on the front windows. No one can sleep if they come over. I personally think who is this company. They won’t fix the gutters after asking for 10 months. Sad thing is. Green mould is growing up front walls. Hence when I leave. After months of asking. Mould on walls behind radiator and also the gutter will still need seeing to. So ashamed have paid so much to keep a lovely house

(13 reviews)2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Been great for me, but I'm no moaning mini, little jobs get done by myself, any other issues are sorted in amicable time, Colin and Mike are great down to earth and any issues usually have replies within 24 hrs( fine with most normal people) landlord on the other hand is charging the "going rate" for a property that is not the standard but it's an ok area, it does need windows doing, damp sorting properly, carpets stained from previous leaks etc but again nothing major, and wpf deal with it all via landlord ???? Will definitely use wpf for all our future rents etc, Can't fault wpf , it's the landlords that take time deciding on any fixes or repairs, bear that in mind ????

18th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)We have a property that is fully managed by Leaders. Since Feb we requested for a mid term inspection report as the current tenancy ends in Aug. It is now June and we still have no response from them whether the inspection is done or not despite numerous emails and calls. Time and time again Leaders have failed us. Every time I am the one having to contact Leaders so they can give an update. At no point have they even attempted to notify us the status. When we do get hold of someone, for some reason unexplained, we randomly get assigned with a different property managers who none have a clue what is happening. The lack of organisation and communication is really poor, one minute they say the inspection has been scheduled, next minute they say it has not been booked cos the property manager has been off ill! Lots of broken promises! Wonder what excuse they will come up with next time!
24th Apr 2024 (13 weeks ago)I dealt mostly with Zee and did appreciate the 'balancing act' between myself and the homeowner. Although work did need doing to update the property and I made requests for this, it was ultimately understood that the owner would not commit funds for this. I felt that Zee considered both tenant and owner needs and advocated on my behalf to discuss fair or no rental increases. At the point of the homeowner selling the property, Zee was considerate with regard to mine and my daughter's wellbeing.
31st Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Boiler broke down on Christmas day, contacted Judge properties to see if the can help.. Shoaib went above and beyond to find a gas engineer who could visit us and help repair... It wasn't easy to find someone on a Christmas day yet he managed to find one. Engineer determined that the boiler needs to be replaced and cannot be repaired. Shoaib, promptly sorted everything and got the boiler repaired... Very cordial and empathetic throughout... Awesome Service, Excellent ..

Ali was friendly and professional, and worked incredibly hard to ensure the purchase went ahead. Without him I'm certain it would have fallen through. I'm very happy with the service and support provided throughout the process and would highly recommend Ryan Baker.
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
