She was always there when we needed her, even outside normal working hours and she made the whole process feel so much less stressful and easier than we expected. She genuinely went above and beyond for us. She is really passionate about about her job and ensuring that the seller and buyers are both updated throughout the journey . Without her help and dedication, we don’t think we would have been in a position to complete and own our first home. We are extremely grateful for everything she’s done, and it really feels like we’ve built a relationship that goes beyond just buying a house. Thank you so much, Loretta - you’re truly one of a kind.

When I asked questions about the property, I was told that they were questions for the office, which left us feeling unable to get the information we needed during the viewing. We had several viewings with other estate agents today, and they were warm, friendly, and greeted us with enthusiasm. Unfortunately, this was not our experience at this viewing. Both my husband and I felt that the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and we left feeling disappointed by the overall experience

From the initial meeting & valuation with Alex we knew we were going to be in safe hands. And then it was over to Georgina to do the conveyancing. We simply couldn't have got through things without her. She helped & guided us through all steps, niggles & hiccups & was so professional & calm & supportive. The team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and understanding throughout the whole process.<br><br>I was in a difficult situation waiting for my previous tenancy deposit to be returned, and they took the time to listen and speak with the landlord on my behalf. Thanks to their kindness and flexibility, they were able to accommodate my circumstances, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders.<br><br>A special thank you to Casey and the team for their professionalism and support. The viewings were conducted quickly and professionally, and while, through no fault of Jacob knight, the process was long and drawn out (mortgage issues), Louis was always available immediately when we needed him, either by phone or email. We had heard of agents for other companies being very good for the viewing process and then dropping off a cliff when it came to the nitty gritty of actually getting the process finalised. certainly not the case with Jacob knight, they were brilliant, can highly recommend.
