29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Won a bid on several lots and only 10% of the order arrived. For another bid which we were to collect in person, the order was wrong. One box contained the wrong product altogether and the item that was “correct” was a chair with no legs supplied. Avoid
1st Feb 2024 (25 weeks ago)Alison Whitelegg, was my point of contact from the beginning of the rental process through to completion. I found her to be very prompt, professional and polite. She was able to answer any questions I had regarding the property and kept me up to date at all times. I would strongly recommend Hunters Worsley to friends and relatives in the future.

5th Aug 2023 (11 mo. ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

4th Dec 2023 (7 mo. ago)We have recently sold our property through Clive Anthony and was extremely impressed from our first contact with Clive to all later contact with staff within the office and those completing viewings. We accepted an offer within two weeks and although the process took longer than expected this was not due to fault by Clive Anthony rather complications within the chain. Annette and the team could not have been more helpful throughout this process and I would highly recommend them. Thanks again Annette for all your help.

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)Waste your time letting you view properties they will not rent to you if you receive housing benefit. Instead of pretending to not discriminate , just be upfront and deny a viewing . Also was told properties went to other viewers and they are both still advertised 2 months later . Since you have replied I'd like to add you stated in emails that either id pay 1 year upfront or require a gurentour. I have no debts and a 914 credit report . You only accept benefits with either one of those conditions as you stated via email .

18th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)We have a property that is fully managed by Leaders. Since Feb we requested for a mid term inspection report as the current tenancy ends in Aug. It is now June and we still have no response from them whether the inspection is done or not despite numerous emails and calls. Time and time again Leaders have failed us. Every time I am the one having to contact Leaders so they can give an update. At no point have they even attempted to notify us the status. When we do get hold of someone, for some reason unexplained, we randomly get assigned with a different property managers who none have a clue what is happening. The lack of organisation and communication is really poor, one minute they say the inspection has been scheduled, next minute they say it has not been booked cos the property manager has been off ill! Lots of broken promises! Wonder what excuse they will come up with next time!

Taylor always remained calm and professional but added a nice touch of friendliness that made us feel we weren’t just “another sale”. Always taking my bajillion calls and answering my constant emails. Taylor made a difficult and at some points what felt like a never ending sale happen. I also liked the fact that Chris jumped in if Taylor was dealing with another client. Always fully briefed and knew our situation. Thank you both for finalising our sale and for keeping me sane! Highly recommend

From the initial valuation to completion of the sale of my late in-laws home, we received a first class service from all the team. Everyone we came into contact with was polite, understanding, helpful, honest in their opinions and knowledgeable. We have no hesitation in recommending Eric Clarke for the sale of a property. The property was vacant with no chain and even though we were told to expect a lot of interest and a quick sale, we did not anticipate 3 offers within 4 days of the property being marketed. In our experience you will receive a first class service from an estate agent who really cares and knows the market.

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
