He was knowledgeable of our area and the current market and we just felt comfortable and confident with him. Our apartment sold quite quickly and at our asking price. We are really pleased we chose Aubrey Lee to sell our apartment.
31st Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Who takes the photos for the listings? Any photo I see looks like it was taken in 2003. Terrible photography and lighting, poor quality photos compared to competition. Bad angles. Can’t take them seriously. Sort it out I’ve been thinking it for 3 years.

Their work was 10/10 and I highly recommend them! They were very welcoming and made renting understandable and not stressful! :) Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to buy or rent. They're also very easy to talk to & friendly! Couldn't recommend them enough! 5+ Stars!!! Fantastic service, can't fault it!!

1st Aug 2023 (1 year ago)If you’re looking to sell or let your property, I would highly recommend Pearson Ferrier estate agents especially the Cheetham Hill branch. They are very friendly individuals who go above and beyond for both tenants and landlords. All the staff and management are extremely helpful, could not recommend them enough.

19th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)Not impressed, was only listed for 4 months and was constantly nagged to reduce price, where as they have properties listed that haven’t changed price for over a year, prejudices over professionalism, and you know who I am for sure, finally literally forced to take off market
5th Jul 2024 (14 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
