From first contact through to completion, Esther and Matt guided us through the selling process and answered all our questions along the way. They always arrived on time for appointments and were extremely professional. The marketing of our house was beautiful done and from being on the market to selling took less than 3 weeks. So thankful for the support, communication and guidance of the Grey fox team.

20th Mar 2025 (4 weeks ago)We have recently sold through Geering and Colyer and will thoroughly recommend them. Shanna gave us some really helpful advice and kept us informed throughout the process. Especially as we are living in another country with large time differences. Shanna also went over and above to help us on some other matters which weren’t directly related to the sale. We were lucky enough to receive an offer within a couple of days on the open market.
24th Mar 2025 (27 days ago)I have used Invicta estate agents for many many years . Firstly for letting my property out and finally for selling it. They are AMAZING. The Lettings team took on all the responsibilities and kept me informed of any thing that needed doing. They were also proactive in keeping all legal aspects up to date, for example gas boiler certificates , legionnaires disease report etc. When they sold the property for me , again the work that they did behind the scenes was exemplary. The communication skills that the whole team have, selling letting and Paul was just excellent. This took a lot of stress out of the processes. I can highly recommend them .

Carina and Tracy are helpful, professional and always keep me in the loop and communicate effectively and efficiently. They are quick to act upon any leads and try to do the best they can for both the tenant and the landlord. I would definitely recommend them every time, without a doubt.

21st Jan 2025 (13 weeks ago)They agree with on something when taking up your property, after they will not keep to the agreement. They promised to put our flat on premium. They did not do it. They also promised to give us the picture after our contract expires they still did not do it. The person that took up our flat after that day will didn’t hear from him until the day our contract expired. And we have been calling asking of him, the kept on telling us his not in.

All the team are professional and so helpful. Justine kept us up to date with our sale and has been outstanding throughout. We can not thank them enough for what they have done.

Overall, I experienced a really good client journey and will not hesitate in appointing him again in any future transactions.

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.
