From start to finish they have been nothing but helpful and have made the whole moving process much easier. Maxine and Charlie were both great at being efficient and getting things done in a timely manner knowing I had a date I had to be moved in by. Would highly recommend Wright and Co ????

Looking for a flat for me & more daughter And 1 told me to look on there website , and ring them if I saw anything I liked. I then spoke to Navid Abdul. And he was so helpful. And he sent me through property’s the same day , and followed up with a phone call to ask if they were any good. The following day i received a phone call from Laura Mcloskey. With mortgage advice. She couldn’t have been helpful with her advice , and I really felt that she had my requirements, and was really wanting to get me the best deal. It’s a real joy to find people on a company that really care about there customers

2nd Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely Fabulous. So pleased we chose F&C. Michael, Emma and Karen were fantastic. Exceptionally professional every step of the way. Managed to secure full asking price from the first person through the door. Massive shout to Michael Commons who went over and above to get the sale over the line. Communication was second to none. Would always pick up the phone or respond to emails promptly. Managed a difficult situation at a stressful time when all around them others failed. They may not be the cheapest but they certainly are the best. It’s a false economy to go with alternatives. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to sell. You will not be disappointed.

Communication was always prompt and friendly, which made moving, usually a stressful experience, feel a lot easier. Having dealt with estate agents over the last couple of years who were somewhat difficult, Sibley Pares really were a breath of fresh air. We truly appreciate all the help and professionalism throughout.

John and Jack provided me with information and updates so that I was always in the know with viewings and when a buyer was found, with how the chain was going. No question was too much for them to answer and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, if I decide to sell.

16th Dec 2025 (8 weeks ago)Typical estate agent. Do half a job to earn a living. Blame their customer illness for their incompetents. Don't know what's going on pretty much most of the time. Told by kieran & some regional manager, sale had been finalised on 2 different occasions, to then be told their solicitors are not ready. Avoid the truth at all costs. After sale care what is that! Would not recommend Acorn and estate agent especially (Kieran)
27th Jan 2026 (13 days ago)SHORT VERSION: I would not recommend this agency! We felt poorly represented throughout the sale and when I raised legitimate concerns, Dan told me “he is getting frustrated” and later used my personal circumstances to say that I was “emotional or mistaken”, a remark I found highly inappropriate and borderline discriminatory. Buyers’ requests were regularly prioritised over ours, alternative interest was mishandled and even someone with a personal connection to the buyers was allowed to conduct a second viewing and remained in our group chat until the very end. Don’t be misled by the 5-star reviews (many appear to be from buyers, who naturally have a very different experience) — choose an agent who is professional, respectful and genuinely focused on their sellers’ best interests. DETAILED VERSION: Throughout the transaction we consistently felt poorly represented. Dan initially comes across as relaxed, calm and trustworthy, and we chose to use him because we genuinely like to support local independent businesses but on this occasion, we made a huge mistake. This became clear the moment I raised concerns, at which point his responses became defensive, dismissive, and unprofessional. Whenever I raised issues, they were met with defensiveness rather than acknowledgement. At one point Dan told me he was “getting frustrated,” and later used my personal circumstances to suggest I was being “emotional or mistaken” — a remark I found highly unprofessional and borderline discriminatory, given I am a woman raising valid issues in a professional context. Being told this in connection to my personal situation felt deeply dismissive, carried a sexist and gendered undertone and was highly unprofessional. On top of that, no proper complaints process was offered, instead I was effectively told to take the matter to the Property Ombudsman if they “felt it had any substance.” There were several moments where buyers’ needs seemed to be prioritised over ours. Their requests were pushed through urgently, while our concerns or instructions met resistance. A viewing that could have led to an alternative offer was mishandled and information was disclosed to the other party that caused them to withdraw despite my explicit instruction to proceed. There was also a clear conflict of interest dynamic that was never addressed properly. One of Dan’s employees, who had a personal connection to the buyers, was allowed to conduct a viewing for them and even after I raised concerns about this conflict, she continued to remain in our group chat throughout the process. This did not give us confidence that our interests were being prioritised. When I raised further concerns, no proper complaints process was offered at any point. Instead, I was effectively told to take the matter to the Property Ombudsman if he “felt it had any substance,” which speaks volumes about how client concerns are handled. In the end, any agent can sell a property and many local agents will do so professionally for 1%. The difference is how clients are treated. Based on my experience, I would recommend choosing an agent who acts impartially and respects their sellers throughout the entire process.

I had a tenant fall through last minute with another agent and Nikki and her team were able to find me a great tenant before they even managed to get the property advert online. The whole process was quick, friendly and professional and nothing was too much. I will definitely be using this team again
