He arranged three mortgages and helped us navigate through a particularly complicated process to buy our new house. He helped us in our dealings with estate agents and solicitors. He was professional, personable and helpful, a pleasure to deal with, as were the whole Stony Stratford Team.

Only offer was from property developer and was £47,500 below Taylors top end valuation. Lost confidence. Remains unsold. Intend to change agents.

I encourage her to continue providing quality service to her customers; the sky is the limit for her.

6th Oct 2024 (17 days ago)We purchased and sold with Alexander Lawrence, we were selling our first house so we had never been through the selling process before but Alexander Lawrence made it as stress free as possible for us and explained the process to us every step of the way. Their communication with us was exceptional, they used whatsapp as opposed to emails which made the communication instant which really helped in the later stages of the sale. They went above and beyond and contacted us every week with updates so we never felt out of the loop. The same applies for the buying process explaining exactly what was needed to progress. The whole team at Alexander Lawrence were professional, experienced, supportive and friendly and we cannot recommend them highly enough, we wouldn't use another estate agent if we ever decided to sell again. Special thanks goes to Sam, Nick and Tom who guided us through from start to finish. We're finally in our perfect family home and we couldn't be happier!
21st May 2024 (22 weeks ago)My wife and I uses Cranes Estate Agents to purchase our recently new home, and the service we received couldn't have been better, Gareth was our first point of contact from booking the viewing to meeting us on site, and relaying our offers. Clair then had the task of ensuring the purchase went smoothly, and she certainly did, very informative throughout, quick to reply with any queries we had, and made it feel a very personal experience from start to finish. We definitely wouldn't hesitate in using Cranes again.

From beginning till the end of sale and even after that; she helped me in every way possible to do a very good sale of my property in Tattenhoe. Her enthusiasm to sell a property, present it in the best possible way for photo shoots and doing all the showings however late or on a Sunday; cannot be compared to the Hight St estate agents who only do 9-5 job. Sharon handled all the difficult tasks for me,very patient in answering my doubts and queries even after exchange of contracts. She responded immediately to my calls or emails; never thinking house is sold ; so why bother. I really appreciate her dedication to her job and in wanting to do it to the best of her ability;"which is way beyond others.
