From the very first viewing all the way through to the final paperwork and handover of keys, she was consistently professional, attentive, and incredibly supportive. She paid close attention to every detail and ensured that all logistics were handled smoothly and efficiently. What really stood out was her clear communication and reassurance at every stage. She made sure I was informed and comfortable with each step of the process. Although there were moments when things felt a bit stressful, her calm approach and ability to manage every stage so effectively made the experience much more manageable. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. I’m sincerely grateful for all her hard work and dedication, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and committed estate agent.

I'm extremely happy with the service I received and the professionalism and knowledge he shared. I would highly recommend. The house sale went through smoothly from the very start to the completion date. I'm over the moon. If I could give 6 stars I would.

The team at Brown & Merry are very organised, friendly, and efficient. Since I live outside the UK, it was important for me to leave my property in safe hands, and they managed to rent it out in no time. I recommend Brown & Merry.

2nd Mar 2026 (27 days ago)We dealt with Sophia when looking at a potential property to purchase. She was incredibly efficient and even willing to meet us an hour later to view the property. Not only was this appreciated but by the time we were home she had found answers for the majority of our questions. When trying to find a home to buy, this level of dedication was noticed and really appreciated. Sadly the property wasn't meant to be when our offer was refused but Sophia phoned to check in with us. Thoroughly recommend Taylors and Sophia specifically!

What really stood out was how friendly and approachable everyone was. Moving house can be stressful, but they made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. They were always quick to respond, kept us well informed at every stage, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Their professionalism was clear throughout, but it was their genuinely warm and supportive attitude that made the biggest difference. It felt like they truly cared about helping us move, rather than just treating it as another transaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. A fantastic experience all round.

Moving house can be a stressful time, but throughout, Regan made the process stress free with his knowledge, friendly manner, and him regular keeping me up to date with the progress throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for Regan which was so reassuring. I could not have expected any better interaction, and so I can truthfully highly recommend Regan as regards professionalism, and ensuring that any future clients can be assured of a five star service. 13th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Sold my parents house through Alexander Lawrence, they were recommended by Chat GPT when I asked for a top 3. I chose them due to having sold similar houses close by and gut feeling. Honestly it could not have gone better, I was lucky enough to get multiple offers from the first viewings, Nick did a great job. Sam kept me up to date with the sale progress better than my Solicitor. Using WhatsApp was so convenient for me. All around they are a great team and I highly recommend them. I would use them again without a second thought.

She kept us updated and in the loop from start to finish. A real professional but more than that a very likeable young lady. I would recommend these guys every time, in fact, they are now selling another property for us.

10th May 2022 (3 years ago)1st Choice a friendly family run business always maintained excellent communication which I really liked, if I had any problem weekday, weekend, or on a holiday, Kelly would reply back to my messages for support very quickly and same day. When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.

The marketing was of a very high standard and we were very pleased with how our property was presented and marketed. Sharon was always friendly and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Communication especially was really good throughout the process. Regular updates and dialogue definitely helped make a potentially stressful process a lot more easier to manage. 17th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)They didn’t sell my house. I had to pull them off and go for a PTX as they began to give me anxiety. They didn’t keep me up to date and when it came to speaking to my PTX company they gave inaccurate information which affected my valuation. They seem like lovely people but I don’t think I will recommend them to anyone as there were just too many issues that I felt I didn’t have to deal with.
