12th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)Overall our experience working with Michael Anthony was positive, there were a couple of times where we weren’t receiving feedback after the viewings from them, but once we raised this they then ensured they got back to us in a timely manner after that. We didn’t always agree with their approach to pricing but we didn’t feel any pressure to make decisions we weren’t comfortable with. Dani and Derek were great to work with and we are happy with the sale we achieved.

His calm, can do attitude is just what is needed when navigating the largest purchase many of us will make. Andrew is honest and built huge trust through his actions and genuine kindness, not a service you find everywhere! I know it's not just Andrew, there is a great team at Brown and Merry who support the process and make it all happen, thanks for all your help over the years. Being a life long member is hugely important when you get such an amazing team to support each time you need it. Thanks again.

Had a nice and smooth experience going through Martin & Co Milton Keynes UK. Staff was very cooperative specially Michael Campbell. He sorted everything for me in no time. Very polite and professional. Hassel free paper work and full refund of deposit money was the best thing. Would definitely recommend Martin & Co for real estate services.

12th Oct 2023 (9 mo. ago)I rented a house with these agents for a year and I would not recommend them. They are very difficult to contact for maintenance issues and some fixes they said would be finished before we even moved in (e.g. fitting curtains in the bedroom, repainting the walls was 'done' very badly as they were different patch colours of white) were never completed during our tenancy. They also tried to withhold our deposit at the end of tenancy due to items being left in the house... even tho I had previously agreed with them that, as the items where there when we arrived, they could stay at no cost to us. Luckily I had emails to back this up so we did get most of our deposit back. But even when we agreed an amount of the deposit to return to us (almost the total sum), when they sent it to my bank it was less and what we had agreed. When I left them know this they did send the rest however I wouldn't trust them at their word so make sure you keep a paper trail and get all agreements in writing.

31st Oct 2023 (8 mo. ago)Main positive was that the fees were payable only once the property was sold. However, pressure tactics were used which I felt came from mustard agents not the buyers, e.g. completion must be completed by such a date or the buyer pulls out. These ultimatums proved to be meaningless but caused considerable stress and inconvenience.
12th Jul 2024 (15 days ago)Sam and Nick have been amazing from start to finish. No house purchase is ever perfect but Sam did amazingly. Kept us up to date constantly and you could really tell she had our best interests at heart. Both Sam and Nick were great communicators between us and the family we were buying from. I can’t recommended these guys and Alexander Lawrence Estate Agents enough.
8th Apr 2024 (16 weeks ago)Hunters were a complete failure. Communication was non existent. We spent time getting our home read for a video and they just did not bother to show up. They were rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and pick a different agent.

Ian in particular has been an absolute gem; he provided stellar guidance during the viewing process, listened to our preferences, possesses a wealth of knowledge and has been such a wonderful support during the buying process! We'll soon be moving into our perfect home and we couldn't do it without him, thank you!
