Lydia frequently chased up and down the chain to help speed up the process and responded quickly to any queries we had. Sienna also initially showed us round the property and was very helpful with initial queries A friendly and efficient team who made the process of buying a house easier

I am very glad that I selected Your Move as Chris, Toby and others in their team have been great throughout the sales and conveyancing process. I was always kept informed about viewings and provided feedback on each one. In the future, Your Move will be my first stop. Chris's advice as I decorated the house for sale was a brilliant Insight as to what would help it sell. Thanks all.
4th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)If you’re looking to sell your home, I cannot recommend Lane and Holmes highly enough. From our initial meeting they have been friendly and informative, giving advice whilst respecting our opinions and showing patience as we navigated the selling of our family home. Whilst the ‘pre-offer’ stage is obviously crucial and was handled with integrity and consideration for both us and our viewers/buyers the ‘post offer’ stage is where the action happens and Cathy at L&H has decades of experience navigating the property chain and liaising with the various solicitors. She nudged when necessary, allayed concerns and kept us thoroughly updated along the way. These guys are well established in the Bedfordshire area, know the market and show respect and consideration that you’re making a huge decision to sell or buy your home, often of many years and with many memories. They’re not the flashiest (as in, they don’t wear tight trousers and shoes with no socks!) but they’ve been hugely personable and brilliant in handling the sale of our (and also our buyers) home. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the team at Lane and Holmes.

Daniel is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable, keeping us up-to-date proactively and offering his advice and expertise as needed. You won't find a better option and I wish all estate agents operated like this!

13th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with David during my recent property purchase. I was contacted and told that the seller would withdraw unless we exchanged contracts within the next six hours. This was delivered in a rude, condescending and patronising manner, implying that any delay was my fault. At the time, my solicitor had advised that we were not yet in a position to exchange and required a further three working days to complete standard legal checks. That is not unreasonable. It is responsible. (due to huge delays in obtaining information from the two management companies in place that were not disclosed to me) When my solicitor contacted the seller’s solicitors to clarify the alleged ultimatum, they confirmed they were unaware of any such deadline and were perfectly content to wait the additional few days required for a proper exchange. Despite this, David then contacted my solicitor’s firm and, I am told, behaved incredibly unprofessionally towards both the receptionist and my solicitor directly. He has since posted a massively misleading negative review about their firm and my solicitor online. She was simply carrying out her legal obligations and protecting me from any risk. I have contacted him twice privately asking for the review to be removed so the matter could be handled professionally. I have received no response. High pressure tactics, inaccurate claims of urgency and disrespectful communication have no place in what should be a professional transaction. Buying a home is stressful enough without unnecessary hostility from senior leadership. I would urge prospective buyers and sellers to ensure they are comfortable with this style of communication before engaging. As a side note: I cannot fault Tom at all. He was a fantastic point of contact, it's a shame he's working for a firm headed up by such an unprofessional MD.
13th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Great service overall . Sasha who coordinates sales chasing has a wealth of knowledge a common sense approach. She basically gets things done in an upbeat , friendly and efficient way. There were major challenges when the chain broke down and alternative solutions were needed. Sasha remained positive and didn't give up. The solicitors seemed to respect and listen to her . In short ...this transaction would not have completed without Sashes involvement . Well done Sasha and Country Properties

I especially enjoyed the ease of having a WhatsApp chat to use as communication as this kept everyone up to date and well informed throughout!

From start to finish, the whole experience of buying our house was smooth, stress free, and actually enjoyable, which is not something you hear often when it comes to house buying! The entire team were incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful at every stage. No question ever felt silly, and they were always happy to explain things clearly and patiently. Communication was excellent throughout. We were kept in the loop the whole time and never felt left wondering what was happening next. Emails and calls were answered quickly, and everything was explained in a straightforward way that made the process feel far less overwhelming. They really go out of their way to make sure you feel supported and informed. What really stood out was how stress free they made everything feel. Buying a house can be daunting, but Fry Estate Agents handled everything so efficiently that it took a huge weight off our shoulders. They were well organised, proactive, and clearly very experienced, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. On top of that, the customer service was genuinely excellent. You never feel like just another buyer they actually care and take the time to make sure everything runs smoothly. They were honest, transparent, and reliable, which is exactly what you want when making such a big purchase. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is professional but also friendly, easy to deal with, and genuinely great at what they do, Fry Estate Agents are the ones. 5th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)They may be a good estate agent but absolutely useless at maintaining our property which they took over in 2025. Our first and olny issue reported was a simple request to clean gutters to prevent further damage to the block that they manage. Got no response to EMails, they don't pick up the phone & give no commitment to timescales to resolve maintenance issues. They are however very good at collecting their fees every month.

From selling my house in July 25 to completion of sale in January 26, Rob and Sharon supported me every step of the way through a very complicated and stressful experience. Rob and Sharon were always available to talk to and would call me to explain every step. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Ben supported us at the viewing stage and followed up afterwards, making everything feel well organised and straightforward. Once the sale was agreed, Sarah handled most of the after-sales process and was excellent at keeping communication clear between ourselves and the buyers and ensuring everything kept moving smoothly. Fiona was also a great help towards the end of the process and made sure everything was wrapped up efficiently. The bouquet of flowers on completion day was a very thoughtful and kind touch. We would describe Ensum Brown as: Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely customer-focused. We would happily recommend them and would definitely use them again.

17th Nov 2025 (15 weeks ago)They didn’t sell my house. I had to pull them off and go for a PTX as they began to give me anxiety. They didn’t keep me up to date and when it came to speaking to my PTX company they gave inaccurate information which affected my valuation. They seem like lovely people but I don’t think I will recommend them to anyone as there were just too many issues that I felt I didn’t have to deal with.

His photos are extremely professional and gave an honest view of the house to ensure he matched me with the correct buyer, at the same time as highlighting the unique selling points of the property. Tim found me the right buyer very quickly due to his professional and targeted marketing. He was extremely attentive and professional throughout the process to ensure a successful outcome. I would definitely use Tim again for future purchases.
