12th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)It was an unfortunate start and things did go wrong but luckily we eventually sold the house for a reasonable price thanks to lots of help from Savills who stayed with us. It got very stressful at times because of delays etc. Would recommend this company of course.

It was an extremely complicated sale taking many months to complete which Ross managed in a professional and dedicated manner at all times. He went above and beyond to get our business sold right from the beginning with the presentation of our property and his continued professionalism. We wanted to give a very special mention to Lauren Stack; an absolute credit to the team, she answered all our emails instantly, not only professionally but like a friend and giving us updates regularly. 3rd Apr 2025 (21 days ago)Initial engagement was strong - well prepared for the valuation having produced data on similar property sales to give me a steer on what price range to expect. The quality of the photographs was disappointing - no use of drone technology and the absence of video or virtual tour videos did not help with viewing numbers. I would expect a professional photographer to be taking the photographs in hindsight. Communication was very good once engaged - bi-weekly calls to update on progress. Regular amendments were made to the picture sets and social media advertising was used too. The market was difficult when trying to sell our property but I felt as if local area knowledge was limited to our primary contact and that viewings that did not involve the primary contact were less engaging for those viewing. Our primary contact was very good and did a good job.

They were always available to answer my questions and guided us through the entire process. Sam was sending us regular updates so we didn't had to worry about anything. 10th Apr 2025 (14 days ago)An all round great experience selling my house with Glenn and the team at Urban & Rural. From the first meeting I was put an ease and the whole process was clearly explained. Before my house went on the market the sales team visited the house so they could meet me, the house, and ask any questions so they are fully briefed for viewings - this was a great touch. The team did a brilliant job fielding double digit viewings in two days, and extracting multiply offers from potential buyers, putting me in a very strong position. From the house going on the market to a sale being agreed was less than a week, which was better than I could ever have expected. I look forward to working with their in-house conveyancing expert to see the sale process through to completion.

10th Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)The staff are polite enough when being interacted with regarding our property that we rent. However, time management is poor. We have regularly had scheduled house inspections so we can keep each party updated on the house and when they turn up all is well, but countless times they have not turned up to the house inspections when we, the tenants, have taken days off work to be available for this and consequently we’re out of wages due to this. It is unacceptable and they are consistently unapologetic. Communication between their staff needs to be improved as well as to their tenants.

Not wasting my time. 2: They are very honest. Telling the right information about marketing. Also can see they look after the property for the seller as well. even I am a purchaser. 3:They treat me respectfully and equally. be honest ,feel much more confident and positive when I saw the property is under Waldens. From the very beginning the communication was excellent, first of all dealing with Dom to arrange a viewing and then negotiating on the offer. We had quite a lengthy process due to solicitors and everything that comes with buying and selling in the UK. It was made a lot smoother thanks to Elliot at Lion Estates who was the sales progressor for the purchase. He helped with communication between solicitors and even assisted on our sale, this definitely eased the stress! They also took the time to arrange another viewing before completion. Everyone in the team we spoke to were very friendly, helpful and honest. I’d certainly recommend them and use them in future for selling a property.
