They have a wealth of experience and knowledge and are quick to respond to queries. They engage with their individual clients to understand their needs thus making it easier to resolve any issues that may arise and offer straightforward solutions and advice. Special shout out to Zack, Angelo and Tunay (for assistance with licensing)
26th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)As a new renter, Completion Sales and & Lettings were very happy to help me to obtain a property. They were quick with their responses and had all my paperwork approved within a week of visiting the property. We managed to get approved all within a week and kept in contact throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional, they were able to help me with any questions I had. Overall a seamless process without fault.
11th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)We were informed - after being told we had an offer accepted and paying a holding deposit - that the property we intended to rent had been given to someone else, seemingly because of shoddy communication on the part of View - who later claimed they had “found required documents we had sent in Spam”. Advertised terms were ignored and we were left having handed in our notice’s with a worrying search to find somewhere else quickly because of View’s incompetence. Would strongly advise against using.

12th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Havilands handled the sale of my property effectively: they actively marketed it and were especially good once an offer had been accepted: they kept the pressure on solicitors and the buyer and helped to resolve issues to smooth completion.

13th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Really poor service. I have been trying to view a property that is for sale for a while now. The agent keeps messing me around... suggesting dates but never confirming the viewing. The property in question has been up for sale for a very long time and is suspect the inability of prospective viewers to see it will be a large part of the problem. Worse than the above is that the agent just fails to communicate so you never know if a viewing is being arranged or not. I would highly recommend finding another agent if serious about selling your property
7th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I purchased my property in London thought David Astburys, and I got a great service from them. Matthew Norris was the agent who showed us the property. From the beginning he was honest and clear with the flat conditions, and he helped us getting a good deal that matched the Seller's and my goals. During the process, he was very responsive (less than 24h in every email), and we were able to see the property multiple times before the exchange of contracts. At the end of the process, the agent Carmen Chong was key to complete under the desired timescales. General feedback/recommendation for the company: provide checklists to first time buyers and develop a better communication system rather than endless email chains.

12th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)1 star is too much for this establishment, the worst estate agent known to man, I would not trust them at all, kept over 50% of out deposit for a small stain on the carpet, and charged us for a professional cleaning service at the end of the tenancy, when it was never cleaned when we first moved in, I got the entire flat pained before moving out but charges as for marks on the wall. They will invade your privacy with unannounced property visits and use the set of key they hold to gain entry. Very very bad communication. I would head for the hills if I came across them again Good luck and stay away
