11th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !
18th Oct 2025 (8 weeks ago)Howard was my agent and my sale in Golders Green has just completed, despite me having to delay for a few months as i became unwell. Leaving my home after 32 years was painful but necessary and Howard was kind and patient. He helped whenever asked and was supportive throughout. He made a painful experience much more manageable and I am glad I chose this agent instead of the one I was using in 2023 when I withdrew from the transaction. I would highly recommend Howard. I found him straightforward and sensible, absent the bullying tactics some agents use to secure a sale.

23rd Nov 2025 (21 days ago)I had been trying to view a flat in a retirement complex for my mother through another estate agent, who simply didnt get back to me, despite trying on several occasions. Thankfully I came across the same flat on Jeremy Leaf’s books and thank goodness I did. Marcus Brilliant (what a fantastic name!) was wonderful. Not only did he find a much more suitable place for my mother, but was so helpful during the whole process. We had a few problems with the legal side and Marcus was great at getting things moving. He was always polite, helpful and supportive. I have nothing but good things to say! Thank you Jeremy Leaf.

4th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Pizza was like a DIY pizza one makes at home for the first time. Amateurish! The Pizzas were undercooked and both the pizzas were not sliced thoroughly. The doughs were too soft to separate pieces and they start to tear without keeping the pie shapes any more. The steam came through the bottom of the card board box and made the oily steam mess on the surface. The taste was not there, and, I don't believe the dough is freshly made but from the factory. I think the staff should go to their contender stores of the area and match the bake texture and cutting the slices. Delivery was fast arriving just under 35 min.

A one-bedroom apartment on the first floor, from whose window one could contemplate for hours the great avenue in constant motion, disappearing into the distance. Urban living. Parking in an underground garage. Warm, safe. Without needing to scrape the windscreen every morning to remove the ice. Central heating, common areas always cleaned, maintenance properly managed. If I'd been able to rent that apartment, I would have felt so at home that I would have wanted to stay in London forever.

23rd Oct 2025 (7 weeks ago)My experience with Loporto Browne from start to finish was exemplary. Firstly, property was exactly as marketed, no surprises. My initial viewing with Daithí was fantastic and really helped with deciding on the purchase. Secondly throughout the conveyancing process Oliver was with me every step of the way. Being a first time buyer, it was a very foreign experience for me,despite that, Oliver took his time (even during evenings/weekend at times) to answer or explain any of my queries. Oliver’s role in this transaction was certainly beyond a typical estate agent and definitely kept the deal in tact throughout. If i were to sell or let the property in the future I would certainly come back to Loporto Browne.
