9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)If I could leave 0 stars I would. Agents lied to me when I bought a flat along with the seller. Incredibly disappointed and would never recommend the Finchley team. They were also rude throughout the process. Just the worst really. So many better and more trustworthy agents in the Finchley area, I would not bother with these people.

1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Michael Mehmet has been a dream to work with. For an elderly couple he took away all our concerns with moving and has made sure our needs have been met. He is a gentleman, honest, patient with a good sense of humour. We couldn't have asked for anymore. The same applies for Ben Rosenthal who also has been a pleasure to do deal with.
26th Jul 2024 (1 day ago)Avoid this estate agents. Been renting on 131 bells hill in barnet. House full of mould on walls and windows and they won't do anything about this. I also been waiting 3 years to get the oven fixed. They only care about getting the money end of the month and increase rent every year. I am currently on dispute with them as they won't give me back my deposit. I'm not the first and I won't be the last having this issues. Previously tenant as received only half of his deposit back.

He was at the property waiting in the lobby before we got there , which normally does not happen with agency staffs. He was so caring and patient, and we’re looking forward to signing our tenancy with this agency.
27th Jun 2024 (30 days ago)I was worried and stressed about moving, I needn’t have been! I highly recommend Joseph Scott! Right from the beginning when Lincoln visited, my mind was at rest. I didn’t even think about contacting another estate agent. Romario then visited to sell my house, what an absolute pleasure! Romario kept us updated every step of the way, his calm and reassuring manner is just what I needed! Romario went the extra mile, he looked after our cats during the viewings, giving them treats and sending us videos of them! To be honest it felt like a member of our family sold our house! Thank you so much for your professionalism and support throughout, we couldn’t of done this so smoothly without you!
6th May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Tasked with finding the right estate agent to market and sell my parents' house I met six agents, but for a variety of reasons I couldn't settle on any of them. Then I met Nicky at Hamptons and instantly felt she offered the professionalism and support I'd need. It wasn't because she gave the highest valuation of the house. On the contrary, Nicky's valuation was actually the lowest (but as events proved, the most realistic). But at that first meeting I felt she knew the local market inside out, and possessed the well-honed instincts that only deep experience can bring. Some people just radiate "trust me, I know EXACTLY what I'm doing". I assumed her team must be similarly great, and I was right. Everyone seemed to have a hand in the process, but Mark took the lead and was exceptional in both his constant communication (no detail of the process was too small to pass on to me), and his counsel whenever we encountered a wobble or needed advice. And from everyone at Hamptons, warmth and humour to make a tricky process a little easier. To anyone looking for the right estate agent to help you buy or sell, you'll find them at Hamptons in Whetstone. Like many other reviewers here, I can't recommend the team highly enough.

Dean's expertise and dedication made the whole purchasing process much smoother and faster than I anticipated. 15th Jul 2024 (12 days ago)Aside from perhaps over promising the sale period (2 months) and 10 weeks later no sale, this was not a reflection on the agent but more likely that market. Adam Hayes operate professionally and certainly plugged many gaps I had with a previous agent in terms of service and overall consistency. Agents provided feedback after each viewing, which is vital. Overall, I would highly recommend Adam Hayes. Their fee is reasonable compared to other agents and they offer some flexibility.
