Fortunately Wayne is pleasant and straightforward to deal with, very responsive, and pro-active with communications and feedback from viewers. We got it sold, and I absolutely recommend Stonehouse Estates.

He has been incredibly professional yet very friendly and approachable throughout the entire process. Richard was proactive and supportive right up to the final moments, constantly liaising between my solicitors and the seller’s solicitors to make sure everything was progressing smoothly. This transaction took over six months, and Richard’s patience, communication, and dedication never wavered. 5th Jul 2025 (18 weeks ago)???? AVOID AT ALL COSTS Terrible agency with shockingly poor standards. Especially awful were Belinda and Nicki, whose dismissive attitude and lack of basic professionalism made every interaction a headache. They always side with the landlord, no matter how unreasonable, leaving tenants completely unprotected. They don’t care about tenant well-being — only about keeping the landlord happy (and the money flowing). Their main goal is to milk you to the last drop, with no genuine interest in fair treatment or resolving issues. ???? ESPECIALLY AVOID GIARDINO APARTMENTS During my 3 years there, here’s just a small number of issues I had to deal with: Cracked window (toughened glass) — they tried to blame me for it, then stalled the repair for months. Broken front door latch, bins door constantly broken, which tenants (including me) ended up repairing ourselves multiple times. Ant infestation near the front door, completely ignored. Old tree infested with aphids, leaving all the cars drenched in sticky honeydew all summer long. The parking itself is illegal, which somehow doesn’t stop them from shamelessly advertising it as “parking on premises.” And of course — the inevitable fight to claw back our own deposit, despite leaving the flat in excellent condition. ???? BOTTOM LINE: I wouldn’t come near Ellis & Co with a 10-foot pole. Do yourself a favour and steer clear — your sanity, safety, and wallet will thank you.

The customer experience is super personalised, no jargon/no excessive sales talk with a wonderful chaffeur experience whilst visiting each property. So far I have found it a fun experience as though I'm a VIP client. They've made the journey of finding a property less intimidating and less anxiety-inducing. A special shout out goes to the power team members Stella and Dean, they are super knowledgeable about each area. Top local housing experts ????????????????????????

This last sale would have tested the patience of a saint yet somehow both Lee and Zac always managed to remain positive and upbeat and they’re ability to balance the needs of both us (the seller) and the buyer was amazing. You honestly won’t get a better personal service using any of the other firms in Mill Hill, London, NW7.

23rd Oct 2025 (18 days ago)Had a really great experience with the team at Mi Homes. My property was previously listed with other agents, and there was no joy at all. The team at Mi Homes operate completely differently to other agents. The marketing, the care, the attention, the availability, it’s unlike anything I’ve seen before. We eventually got to the point of offer and the team worked hard to ensure that it was legitimate and coordinated in the background to progress the legals. They even introduced me to a solicitor who is hands down the best conveyancer I have ever worked with. Thanks for everything!
