13th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)absolutely Awful ,over valued my flat to get the business .Then nigh before phoned to tell me they have made a mistake.Took the business elsewhere.
22nd Apr 2024 (10 days ago)We have had awful experiences with HBD’s maintenance of the flat which we rent. HBD manage the property and have left us without hot water and heating for 6 days and counting. They have not proposed any solution for the total lack of hot water and have ignored repeated requests for alternative temporary accommodation and a rent refund for the period. It feels like the property manager lacks any empathy for us as they seems to have to no qualms with leaving a pregnant woman in a house indefinitely without hot water or proper heating. Their attitude seems to be that it’s not their problem if parts need to be ordered and that the tenants are expected to live in horrific conditions while paying full rent. It’s truly shocking.

8th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)We have worked regularly with BPS and find them extremely easy to deal with. Reliable and professional and would certainly recommend them whenever given the opportunity.
19th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Almost 2 years with a broken buzzer in the building and Islington Properties does nothing about it. An emergency exit broke in the garage as well, nothing has been done. Completely unprofessional company that is basically stealing our money, as they charge quite a lot for ‘maintenance’. Laughable.
18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)For the sake of anonymity I won’t mention any names… The agent arrived late and didn’t notify me until 15 mins after the schedule time to let me know they will be a further 15-20 mins. They confirmed viewings for two properties and then only told us one was under offer when eventually showing up and claimed they notified us and that the email confirmation would reflect this… which it didn’t as it said we had two viewings. Then they told my wife to just forget about it rather rudely when she respectfully expressed her disappointment. They then accused me of not being serious when giving a genuine offer and proceeded to lecture me on the phone without giving me a proper chance to speak. I had to respectfully interrupt them to get a word in. It’s a shame really we have been looking for properties for over a year now and this was the first time we were exposed to this level of inconsideration.

26th Apr 2024 (6 days ago)Where do I begin ? Had a viewing booked for 1 pm today. I showed up and there was two other people to view the room the same time as me. The agent bumped the price by 100£ monthly without even explaining why, the availability initially proposed was one month away, it's magically changed to immediate availability. The agent called me later on the phone asking me to pay the holding deposit AND first month's rent without even knowing the period I want to stay or any basic details any normal agent would want to know. The other one star reviews are legit, I don't recommend these guys.

James was readily available for advice and updates during the process as well as working hard to get the sale over the line. I am very satisfied with the performance of Fullers and the entire transaction is very smooth even I have to arrange the matter via email communication with Fullers overseas. Fullers is a very reliable, trustworthy and responsive estates agent and is highly recommended.

15th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We have used Tariq and Team as landlords for 10+ years. The reason for this is that they provide a professional, practical and simply brilliant service to both landlord and tenant alike. Working to provide both parties with exceptional service! This team are different to the big chains of estate agents. They care about the landlords and tenants experience and don't just work for their own interest. Fantastic team rare to get this kind of service. Definitely recommended!
8th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)They were very good and dedicated a lot of attention on signing to market the property. After that, I had to chase them up constantly! Moved to another agent as soon as the contract period was over. In 7 weeks there were 2 viewings. With another agent in 4 weeks already 11 viewings. Same price!
11th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Cavendish have sold 2 of our houses in the past, happy with the service so instructed them to act for us again. Eventually sold but not without its challenges, no assistance with viewings (doesn’t work Wednesdays or Sundays, too short notice so gave up asking). Asked for advice on improving chances of sale, shrugged shoulders and said reduce price by X% to register on Rightmove. Very little in the way of sales negotiation, very much left to me to decide on how to proceed. Email to say a sale had fallen through-expected a phone call given the significance of this. Overall a poor experience this time
2nd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)I highly recommend to work with Cooper Saqs. For sure your voice will be heard and requirements considered. My recent experience with Naz has been exceptional. I would rate seven stars for her professionalism , ability to comprehend to the needs , placing one self in the shoes of the client and going above and beyond. One thing you can be rest assured she very well balances both the sides from tenant and the owner`s perspectives.

He is cool under pressure, helpful and his kindness right to the point of handover and post sale speaks volumes to him in paying complete attention to his clients and he was immensely respectful to the requirements of our needs. Joe went above and beyond particularly when complex matters arose calmly managing these and he was diligent in the most important aspects of communication. This is a skilled person who represents his Employer highly. He is invested in the client’s needs as much as for the business. We thank him especially, for understanding the importance and value of honesty in this profession.
5th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Paul Rae knows the area extremely well, and understands his clients. He is trustworthy and reliable. We would definitely use him again and recommend him above anybody else in the area. He was a breath of fresh air after two failed attempts with other estate agents.
1st Mar 2018 (6 years ago)Absolutely amazing people to deal with, fast, efficient, and moreover Human. We have just finished a 12 month let with them on a property on caledonian road and the process from start to finish has been fantastic. No issues whatsoever during the tenancy and our deposit returned the day after we handed the keys back. Will use them again and will recommend them to anyone looking to move in the area.

In particular Sal Hussein (head of sales) and the rest of the team in the sales department including Sacha. I achieved a very good price for my house, the negotiations were brilliantly handled and I am thrilled with the result (I hear the buyers are too!) thanks Sal and team!

Alex Giraldin has always been very helpful, pro-active, professional and also understanding, especially during the covid period as well as in other difficult situations. Really happy with him and with Stadium Residential in general.

Tom and his team are great to work with and their fees are far more reasonable than other ‘household’ names in the business. Who says you need to pay more for a personal touch? Highly recommended to any homeowner looking to become a landlord.

Max and David were responsive at all times and fully engaged in moving the process forward while being attentive to the needs of all parties.
