I knew straight away that it was the property for me, and the letting agents made this ten times easier. 28th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Worse agacy ever I'm have. If something broken like water leak you raport wait more then 7 days to somebody answer you. Same if you have any problem you send email you wait 7 days to reply from them. When you call nobody answer you leave voice massage not call you back. They call you tell you incredible story you have dog in home but you don't have. 7th Oct 2024 (2 days ago)We have rented through CP Walkers for 38 years and the service has been second to none..we've recently had the pleasure of meeting kirsty ..she didn't have the best news for us as our landlord had decided to sell our home ..but she has treated us with the utmost respect and empathy..I'm pleased we handed our keys over to her it made it a little easier seeing her lovely cheery face ..thank you for being there kirsty ..its been a pleasure..

Andy and the team with Meghan and Cathy are quick, polite and helpful and always have the answers and go the extra mile to help. I would and have recommended them to anyone I know who’s selling their property. A great company! Tom

The main issue and reason for the low scores is their very poor communication with ourselves and with viewers. They were relying on an auto email system to confirm viewings. We never received any of those emails and had a number of viewers that never turned up. Having cleaned the house from top to bottom and sat waiting to have no shows, then find out the no shows had never received confirmation of the viewing was very annoying. The last viewer that turned up told us it took 3 attempts to arrange a viewing and she was at the point of just putting a note through our door to arrange directly. Without the viewings you can't sell, so to have so much of our time wasted we cannot recommend this company.

Once we accepted an offer, Tim took over and provided excellent coordination and follow-ups as we moved through the solicitor processes. Their teamwork made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
