They gave us honest, accurate advice from day one rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear, which made a huge difference when it came to pricing and decisions. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept us informed at every stage without us having to chase. You can tell they genuinely know the area inside out and that local knowledge is worth its weight when you're buying or selling. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone in the area. Proper professionals who actually care about getting the right result for you.

Communication was clear and efficient from start to finish, and arranging access was very straightforward, thanks to Marie for coordinating everything so smoothly. Pete, who attended, replaced the dripping tap with a new one and was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Very happy with the service overall, highly recommend!

Every member of staff we had an interaction with were amazing, they were polite; and honest about the process . A special thanks to Donna who went the extra mile to get the chain moving and completed. If I were to move again I would not choose any other estate agent.other than Freckleton Brown.

Billy was polite & very helpful. Since putting an offer in on the property we viewed he has been so productive and fast with every email I have sent. 10th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Initially we decided to use Leaders because of the enthusiasm of Lisa, who came out to do the appraisal. Once we had a buyer, the negotiation on price started. We advised Chloe of our minimum selling price, adding 'this is just between us'. Less than five minutes later, she came back to us, sounding pleased with herself and advising that the buyer would meet our minimum selling price. There didn't seem to have been much negotiation in those few short minutes. Maybe we should have made it clear that the minimum was just that; a minimum, not the price we wanted to sell at. Yvonne was our sales progressor and we were not impressed with her lack of contact. A couple of times we gave her information but got no reply to our emails. We were in contact with our solicitor regularly and Yvonne did chase information from the solicitor on one occasion that we had already been given by them. Overall, the sale went through very smoothly and quickly but we think that was more to do with our solicitor being very proactive and our contact and chasing of them. We have sold a number of properties over the years and Leaders sits somewhere in the middle of the agents we have used.
