Natasha also went the extra mile she collected import documents that our solicitor needed from my home and returned them to me so we were able to complete on the sale of our property. They marketed the property at a good price and it was sold within 2 weeks of putting it on the market. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property.
15th Jun 2025 (3 days ago)We originally went with another agent. Started out well sold but when the sale fell apart they were no longer getting anyone through the door. We got on well with Lauren when she valued our property so decided to put our trust in her. Everything she said was right, massive interest soon as it hit the market and a bidding war resulting in a higher sale and finally completion. Don't bother with others stick with these they know what they are doing.

I was kept up to date through the whole process of the sale, which has not always been my experience in the past. The team in the office were really superb, frequent communication through phone and emails and when I visited the office I was always made welcome.
9th Feb 2025 (18 weeks ago)Good that they keep getting new properties, but bad in terms of updating the website. Please stay active in this as well. Because you always ask the client to go to the website to check. But you never update the website on time.
18th Jul 2024 (10 mo. ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

She helped me take my property away from another estate agency in Mansfield, who were undervaluing and mishandling the sale, and thanks to her hard work and guidance, I achieved the price I was aiming for. Lora was brilliant to work with - always communicative, open, and proactive. Even when solicitors needed chasing, she kept me updated every step of the way. It made a stressful process so much easier. A genuinely great experience from start to finish.
