14th May 2023 (1 year ago)Lesley Hreaves Estate agents in Gedling Village were excellent. Friendly, Efficientand always happy to discuss progress. There were always viewers to look at the house every week but to begin with these maybe not the right people as they hadn’t done their homework with regards to layout. We reduced the price which immediately found the exact buyer for the house, who really want it and appreciate what it offers. Great result in 6 weeks. Would recommend Lesley Greaves to sell your house. Thankyou LG.

18th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Millie from Long Eaton has been great she has kept us informed all along the way and generated lots of viewings which resulted in a sale in 8/9 weeks. She gave us feedback after every viewing and made herself available weekends and evenings. The house was marketed well with good photos and write up so big thanks to Millie and the EweMove team.

They were professional throughout but also approachable and worked with us to resolve any problems. The help and support we received were above and beyond what we have had before, and we cannot recommend highly enough.
3rd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I have only very good things to say about this lovely company. If you are looking for a property to rent then I highly recommend Smith & Co. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!
19th Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)We've had a fantastic experience using the "Home Away" Company to rent a house.We recently moved to the UK and "Home Away" gave us professional and prompt service to find a house.After rental , they give excellent service and give quick response to any inquiries. I was very sceptical when I signed up to use "Home Away" because the costs involved left other rental agencies standing. The process was trouble free from start to finish. The helpful guides, reminders, prompts and signposting made for a smooth journey. You can’t go wrong using "Home Away". They far surpass my expectations. Our experience with the management team has been great since the beginning. Mr. Adithya and his team are very helpful and responsive and they are trying their very best to provide a great service

2nd May 2018 (6 years ago)I have worked through TMR for over 3 years. They are honest and reliable. The payroll department are responsive TMR are one of the uK's most professional agencies. The bad reviews are just from idiots who cannot hold a job down...

11th Jul 2024 (16 days ago)Wow, EweMove really blew it out the water. Just recently sold my first property using them. Cannot comprehend how good they were. We had a valuation completed by several people and instantly knew Danni at EweMove knew what she was doing. So positive, showed us property in the area same as ours, what they went for and what ours was worth. Spent an hour comparing, showing stats etc. Once on the market, sent us Rightmove stats, how many people were viewing, clicking on the link and scrolling, did trendy TikTok videos. She even had a WhatsApp group to keep us informed of viewings (which they do), so so so impressed. Then once the offer was excepted, all the legal stuff was dealt with Diane. Absolutely amazing, so responsive. Went above and beyond, chasing buyers solicitors for info, keep me up to date and was just generally fantastic. 100% recommend this company in Beeston to sell your house, I will be telling any of my friends and family to use this company. So happy with the end results. 10/10 and greatly appreciated. Thanks Luke G
30th Dec 2023 (6 mo. ago)Really pleased with Bettermove, they sold my tenanted property to an investor within 10 days of listing it. Everything they promised they delivered on. Great communictaion and nice to speak to someone outside of office hours too. 5 stars!!
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

Following the initial inspection he suggested we make some small changes with colours and lights etc, we are so glad we had faith in him as it made a big difference to the presentation of our house, he's got a great eye for detail in this respect. He handled the marketing and sales professionally and efficiently keeping us up to date regularly throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend using his service which is refreshingly different to most estate agencies,

Their attention to detail, "always on" communication and overall empathetic but professional approach helped secure a buyer from four offers within two weeks. Would definitely utilise their services again. Oh, and the Instagram walk through videos and drone are well worth it as a differentiator.
