10th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)Katie was so knowledgeable and had really done her homework on market trends, prices, sales, etc, in the area. We were so impressed and decided to use Bairstow Eves. It turned out to be the right decision and they have been excellent. I cannot fault them at all and would have no hesitation recommend these guys. In particular, the Carlton branch who are a great team. Thanks guys.

She achieved a swift and excellently priced sale for us on the home we sold, and went above and beyond at every step of the process - navigating us through some challenging moments with real expertise, insight and professionalism. She also dealt beautifully with all those involved in the chain - keeping everyone on board and moving through some tricky moments. We undoubtedly benefitted from the outstanding quality of service at Elite Homes, and recommend them wholeheartedly.
17th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)So HPS told us that the house we rent out required renovations. And they asked us to provide a Deposit for their Contractors. Then they told us that their Contractors were too busy to do the work. But the Deposit was returned less several hundred pounds. Supposedly for an Electrician, who we had not asked for and who did not do anything. Just supplied paperwork, which we did not require. Whenever we subsequently telephoned HPS the staff responsible were always unavailable to speak with us. So we submitted a complaint following the stated HPS Complaints Procedure and never receive any response. Awful.

14th May 2023 (1 year ago)Lesley Hreaves Estate agents in Gedling Village were excellent. Friendly, Efficientand always happy to discuss progress. There were always viewers to look at the house every week but to begin with these maybe not the right people as they hadn’t done their homework with regards to layout. We reduced the price which immediately found the exact buyer for the house, who really want it and appreciate what it offers. Great result in 6 weeks. Would recommend Lesley Greaves to sell your house. Thankyou LG.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. She gave us feedback after every viewing and made herself available weekends and evenings. The house was marketed well with good photos and write up so big thanks to Millie and the EweMove team.

Dynamic current marketing methods including social media posts and a quality listing with excellent photos 4. Creation of a professional, narrated guided video tour of our vacant property 5. Impressive shared data analysis of the effectiveness of their marketing and reach 6. Accompanied viewings at all times The result was a cash offer within 2 weeks and completion in a further 5 weeks, during which Jo chased the two conveyancers and updated us with the latest progress throughout. A very successful outcome with no hassle!
22nd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Very unprofessional, kept me on the string for 3 months for a property used my offer to play other interested parties after 3 months of constant chase I was told they’ve progressed with another party, they didn’t even have the decency to contact me and tell me. Void these cheats
23rd Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Didn't get as far as actually dealing with them - saw an interesting flat, but the blurb was obviously written by AI, was unclear, contradictory and definitely inaccurate. Obviously hadn't ben proofread or edited. Made me wonder how much else they skimp on doing properly, so approached another agent.

However Harvey provided great support throughout the process and ensured the transaction came to a close with always a positive attitude. Particularly the unbiased support we got from Harvey as buyers towards a short term let due to delays in buying the property was the most helpful. Highly recommend!
