If I were selling a property and sale agreement was not finalised I would not want other interested parties to be brushed off without even an offer to take details in case offer falls through. If a property is not available to purchase then remove it show it as under offer or unavailable to save wasting peoples time

10th Aug 2023 (1 year ago)Katie was so knowledgeable and had really done her homework on market trends, prices, sales, etc, in the area. We were so impressed and decided to use Bairstow Eves. It turned out to be the right decision and they have been excellent. I cannot fault them at all and would have no hesitation recommend these guys. In particular, the Carlton branch who are a great team. Thanks guys.
15th Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)We were first time buyers and purchased our first home with William H Brown. Our main point of contact was Lily who was friendly and helpful. We didn’t have the easiest journey with our solicitors and Lily was great at helping us chase up outstanding issues, I really think the sale could have fell through without her help liaising between us/the seller/the solicitors. I would definitely recommend William H Brown, our calls were always answered or messages passed on leading to quick call backs, thank you to Jared and Amelia for your support on this also! You are a welcoming and friendly team and we appreciate the support you provided :)

9th Jan 2025 (15 weeks ago)We have just completed a house sale with Helen from Elite and couldn't be happier with the service we received throughout the process. Helen dealt with it as a 'discreet listing', bringing us buyers who would not normally have considered our area. Any estate agent can put a house on rightmove, and at the right price in the right area, it will sell. But it is the aftersale process that is most important and that is where Helen excels. She is very proactive in chasing solicitors and liaising between seller and purchaser which helps significantly with the stress of the whole process. We won't use anyone else in future.
14th May 2023 (1 year ago)Lesley Hreaves Estate agents in Gedling Village were excellent. Friendly, Efficientand always happy to discuss progress. There were always viewers to look at the house every week but to begin with these maybe not the right people as they hadn’t done their homework with regards to layout. We reduced the price which immediately found the exact buyer for the house, who really want it and appreciate what it offers. Great result in 6 weeks. Would recommend Lesley Greaves to sell your house. Thankyou LG.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

3rd Jan 2022 (3 years ago)I have only very good things to say about this lovely company. If you are looking for a property to rent then I highly recommend Smith & Co. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!
23rd Dec 2024 (18 weeks ago)Sad to be writing such a poor review as Kinetic seemed so promising, but they failed to deliver every one of their promises. Marketing materials were mostly very good, but took 3 times as long to produce as we were promised. The floor plan was not provided for us to review before going online and turned out to be a ‘cut and paste’ of a neighbouring property, so was not at all accurate. Whilst we were contacted every 2 weeks with updates on how many hits our property had on the various websites, it was a case of being thrown statistics and then asked what we wanted to do about it. As the ‘experts’ in the business, I expect them to advise me what to do, not expect me to interpret the market and tell them what to do. On the one occasion they gave the advice to drop the price again, I asked why when a nearby property, which was smaller, with a smaller plot and was on a main road had sold within a week at the same price as ours; they were unaware of the sale and couldn’t find it on the marketing platforms! Our main issue was with the viewings. For the first 2 viewings the agent was late and for one of those the viewers were left sat on the drive waiting. For the second and third viewings they arranged them 15 minutes apart. Viewers from the first appointment were left to see themselves out of the back gate so the agent could show the next viewers in the front. The agent listed the features of the property and was praised as being knowledgeable by the viewers, but did not explain the features that justified our property being valued higher than a neighbouring property, resulting in feedback that ours was only worth the same as that neighbouring property. We were promised things would improve, but for the final viewing, the agent failed to turn up at all!!! Eventually we got a story about car troubles, but the viewers and I were only told 15 minutes after the appointment and only when the viewers contacted them. At each step, Kinetic have been receptive to our comments and promised to improve, but sadly things only ever got worse. After the last, disastrous viewing, our complaint resulted in an early release from our contract.

23rd Feb 2024 (1 year ago)Didn't get as far as actually dealing with them - saw an interesting flat, but the blurb was obviously written by AI, was unclear, contradictory and definitely inaccurate. Obviously hadn't ben proofread or edited. Made me wonder how much else they skimp on doing properly, so approached another agent.
