Thank you for such amazing work and such friendly and polite communications. Best service I’ve had since moving in back in 2016 can’t fault you and your team.
1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Rented from saints for 2 years and they were awful - impossible to get hold of and very slow at responding to urgent queries such as having a broken boiler. I don't know why they exist other than to take more money off tenants - I can't imagine anything would have been different if we had cut them out the equation dealt directly with the landlord, other than that we would have been financially better off. I've heard that some of the staff I dealt with have left the company since then but I would still advise against renting through this agent.

From start to completion the service and help they provided was second to none. The valuation and taking photos of the property was professional and all the help and communication from the staff at the office was impeccable. I can highly recommend them and would definately use David James in the future

9th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)If I could give a lower rating I would. To start, for the year+ we lived in a property rented via Rex gooding we lived in damp, that bad I became ill and had to visit my GP costing time out side of work. When we tried to raise this with them it was brushed of or they would send a ‘handy man’ to simply ‘look’ at the problem NOTHING was resolved and told to just clean it! They sent a team to fit an extractor fan for the bathroom but then we discovered 9 months down the line they had decided to pull out of that. There ‘inspections’ are someone Turing up and taking pictures of the house and leaving, completing ignore the black walls from damp. We were told that our emails would be passed to the correct account holder for our property, Stewart, and they would contact us. He never did. When we decide to leave the property due to health reason, this experience was disgusting. We left the property in better condition than when we arrived and was faced with a battle to get our deposit back which was £900+. I have only just received it back and we have been out of the property 6 weeks! When I contacted Rex Gooding they were not at all helpful, I was told it was not there problem and they couldn’t do anything about it and that it’s with DPS to sort. Even though they were the ones who could not contact the landlord to request it back, when I asked to speak to Stewart he always seemed to going out and would call me back, he never did, therefore I had to chase them and he would not want to talk to me. In the end I had to go legal to get my deposit back. I would avoid this agency at all costs!! Photos of the damp attached.

14th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Lesley Hreaves Estate agents in Gedling Village were excellent. Friendly, Efficientand always happy to discuss progress. There were always viewers to look at the house every week but to begin with these maybe not the right people as they hadn’t done their homework with regards to layout. We reduced the price which immediately found the exact buyer for the house, who really want it and appreciate what it offers. Great result in 6 weeks. Would recommend Lesley Greaves to sell your house. Thankyou LG.
