She kept us well informed and went out of her way to make sure everything moved forward smoothly. Unfortunately, communication with some other members of the team was less consistent and it could sometimes be difficult to get updates, but Carol’s support and professionalism made a real difference and ensured everything was ultimately resolved.

From David coming to value everything went smoothly. Must add Vicki was very professional and a lovely kind lady to have been associated with she kept us up to date all the way through. Every member of staff we had an interaction with were amazing, they were polite; and honest about the process . A special thanks to Donna who went the extra mile to get the chain moving and completed. If I were to move again I would not choose any other estate agent.other than Freckleton Brown.

Billy was polite & very helpful. Since putting an offer in on the property we viewed he has been so productive and fast with every email I have sent. He now has passed us on to do the next step of the purchase, would recommend Watsons. Thank you Billy.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
