14th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Avoid!!! Scam!!!! I’ve “won” this washing machine, basically I’ve won 2 washing machines in this lot… ohh wait: ive won the one it looks like it was in a car crash!!!! ???? I’ve complained of course… and they just void my invoice, and they refused to give me the machine in better conditions… by law they have to!!!!!!! So… I can conclude this is a scam, be careful, don’t spend your hardworking earned money with them!!! Some of this people don’t deserve to have a job.

Natasha also went the extra mile she collected import documents that our solicitor needed from my home and returned them to me so we were able to complete on the sale of our property. They marketed the property at a good price and it was sold within 2 weeks of putting it on the market. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property.

We were given the necessary information to make informed choices. It was like a one stop shop for property purchase, including valuable advice from the mortgage broker, survey and conveyancing. Mandy was particularly very helpful and treated us as valued customers. I highly recommend William H. Brown Estate Agents Bulwell.- 1st Nov 2024 (25 weeks ago)Overall the service they have provided has been good. There was a hitch with a prospective buyer placing an offer which we accepted but unknown to us they were unsure about the process and turned out to be a time waster. I think DJ should have validated the offer more effectively.

Fingers crossed that everything completes successfully but the first hurdle - finding a buyer - has been cleared, thanks Soraya!

18th Mar 2025 (6 weeks ago)Team of unprofessional people !!! It was the worst experience with this agency. Hollie Daws (Property Marketing Consultant) who showed me the property had no interest in showing it. She just stood in the hall, and if I had any query, I had to ask loudly so that she could hear me and even after that she didn't know anything about the property. I put an offer , and I called them to get an update and lastly, they said it was sold before four days . If it was sold , why were they (Hollie Daws) for documents from me ? And they are not bothered to even inform you if it's gone . I will not do any further viewing from this agency anymore.

3rd Nov 2024 (25 weeks ago)I've been a tenant under the Comfort Estates letting team for a month now and from the short amount of time I've spent with the team, I've experienced nothing but professional, friendly and speedy customer service. Hannah, our building manager has been wonderful and made us feel very welcomed and has helped us with any information or troubles and has made sure any issues have been fixed within the next day! Furthermore, the maintenance team have been extremely helpful. We had a plumbing issue when moving in (by no fault of Comfort Estates) and they were able to fix the issue very quickly and were very understanding. I cannot express enough how amazing the team have been with us, compared to other agents and landlords we have met / used. Thank you Comfort!
