Experienced and efficient, they’ve helped me in finding tenants, ensuring each time that proper paperwork is in place and that move-in goes smoothly for both parties. Often working at odd hours to address my calls from overseas and respecting the time difference. Brown for nearly 20 years now—mainly through the Mildenhall and Brandon branches. To be completely honest, it hasn’t always been smooth sailing. There were times when communication and coordination were a bit challenging, and it sometimes felt like a tough business exchange. That said, in the end, issues always got resolved, and the service overall has been quite good over the years. Recently, I needed to rent out a property in Thetford, and for the first time, I worked with the Thetford branch. I was honestly expecting the usual back-and-forth, but I was completely wrong. From the very beginning, Lauren and Aaron were simply outstanding. Though we never met in person and communicated only through WhatsApp and email, the level of service they provided was second to none. Their communication was prompt, clear, and consistent. Every issue was dealt with swiftly and professionally, and they were always attentive, helpful, and genuinely caring. What truly stood out is that they didn’t make me feel like just another client or transaction—they made me feel like a person who mattered. That kind of customer service is rare, and it makes a world of difference. Lauren and Aaron, thank you both so much for your excellent, superb, and truly sublime support in helping me find a tenant and navigate the process with such ease. 8th Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)Money Properties were actually my sellers agent, but as their service was so good (Tracey in particular) I thought it worthwhile to write a review. From first contact all the way through to completion, Tracey worked hard for me to enable my dream of buying my house very close to my elderly parents. She was professional and always friendly and approachable in what was a relatively quick buying process but with quite a long chain behind me so was quote stressful. She always ensured I was kept in the loop and really pushed hard to get to exchange and completion with a short deadline. I can't recommend her and Money Properties enough and should I ever look to be selling my house in Wymondham or if anyone asks me who to recommend, it will be them.

Cannot rate these guys highly enough!

She herself was very personable and good at her job, she knew the answers to our questions (or where to find them), she came prepared with very useful paperwork, offered tips and local advice. There was nothing not to like!

From the initial drop in to discuss the thought of selling, to the valuation visit, photo and video shoot, received offer updates and final figure negotiations through to handing in the keys to enable the sale to complete and the new owners move in, all the staff have been friendly, helpful and supportive. You felt you got a personal but also professional experience. If thinking of selling a property in the Norwich area would highly recommend.

Our first buyer fell by the wayside but the team were straight back on it and we ended up with a better final sale price! Would definitely recommend
