9th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Absolutely terrible estate agents from a tenants perspective. They ignore all your emails until your tenancy renewal is due, at which point you’ll be sure to receive an email demanding more money for the rent if you wish to stay. This will be the only time you can expect any replies from them and even then it’s an uphill battle. Be warned.

19th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)OK, let's face it, estate agents have a reputation that can make insurance salesmen and second hand car dealers look good. Murray Lee is the exception to the rule - as others have put it here, he is the best of the best! Fourteen years ago we walked into his office and described what we were looking for and he said unfortunately it was a needle in a haystack... the next day he called us to say he had found a needle, and he was right; it turned out to be the perfect place! Murray made a complicated sale run smoothly, keeping lines of communication open and helping everyone through the process. So when we came to put our home on the market all these years later, there was only one person to call - Murray! He said the market was slow and it would be tricky to sell... and then put together an amazing sales pack and got a load of people though the door as soon as we were on the market, resulting in an offer accepted in less than a week. Our sale went though several ups and downs and he was the one that kept it all on track. All those years of experience make him a force to reckon with! Murray knows the market, he knows the area and most importantly, he knows people (in fact, in the Golders Green area it seems like he knows everyone). He goes way beyond just introducing buyers to sellers, he knows how stressful and heart wrenching moving house can be, and he goes the extra mile to make things work for everyone, Yes, the company name is right, Dreamview makes dreams come true... I hope never to move again, but if I did I'd be straight on the phone to this man. Can't recommend him highly enough... and it's not often in life you can say that! Thanks Murray!
5th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)I chose Orient Estates rather than a larger agency because of their particular knowledge of the North west London area. The sale process was much longer than anticipated with numerous problems along the way. This was mainly due to issues with house and the would-be buyers rather than the agent. Ryann’s communications throughout was consistently good and he helped overcome each problem and achieve completion at a price that I was happy with.

When buying a place trust is very important and he was very personable, reassuring and professional, answering any questions and always getting back to me very quickly. The experience was way beyond the ‘standard’ estate agent approach. Would 100% recommend the agency and Louis in particular.

He was very professional, friendly, and supportive during the whole process. I would certainly recommend any other first time buyers to consider Belvoir.
17th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Poor unprofessional<br>4 weeks of only one way of communication from my end. 8 -12 calls to know update and apparently the property is rented out prior.<br><br>Spoke to 3 different people and all come put with different stories.<br><br>No professional conduct whatsoever.
19th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)This is the worst agency so far. They tried to raise our rent without the approval of the landlord until we had to move. We did not know about this until the landlord called me and said he never asked for the rent to go up.

I wanted to share how impressed I was with both his service & the company’s as a whole. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were always professional, approachable, and incredibly responsive whenever I had questions or needed advice. What really stood out was the extra effort they put in—keeping me informed at every stage, being proactive in solving problems, and genuinely caring about getting the best outcome for me. 25th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)We are so grateful to Jack and his team at Winkworth West Hampstead for their help and support in selling our mother’s house. They were all professional, friendly and most importantly realistic in a difficult market. Selling a house is one of the most stressful life events but Jack made it as smooth as it could be. We were given a credible selling price – not something other estate agents were keen to do - and help in presenting the house for sale so that it sold within a few weeks. We were also kept up to date after each viewing with detailed and helpful feedback which was absolutely invaluable. Jack then guided us through the sale process and helped iron out a few complications that arose. It was refreshing to deal with a team that was straightforward and upfront with no smoke and mirrors to navigate.
