9th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)As a leaseholder be prepared for a ridiculous service charge statement with unfair charged (included items which do no exist within the property). No resolution will ever be made as property managers leave every couple months (there will be no contact). Complaints will not be dealt with as again they can not retain staff. Overall the worst company I’ve dealt with.

They're trustworthy and with good intentions. Communication has never been an issue. They're open and transparent, and have enabled me to help more landlords take care of their homes, and more tenants to have their basic kitchen essentials provided for them at a high standard. 11/10.

He has went above and beyond to help me with my search, regardless of the time of day or the query, he was a wonder to deal with on my property search. Even though I didn’t end up renting through JAR, he has still been on standby for updates and to be able available should I need any help. I wouldn’t think twice of consulting JAR for my property needs in the distant future.

Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. Louisa was phenomenal in navigating us and the buyer - and everyone else in the chain on our sale & purchase as the plot thickened - through all the various unexpected challenges. Tough but tactful, Louisa kept everyone calm & onside and we got over the line avoiding any price chips.
