Because I made offer for a 3 bedroom semi-detached house and they said will me inform within 2 days if the offer is accepted or not. But after 2 days I call them and they told me that the property is sold, I am really surprised I told them I am waiting for the reply but now you telling me that the house is sold. this branch are really unprofessional and they play with the people.

6th Sep 2024 (29 days ago)We contacted cousin to view a local property of interest. We arranged a viewing and respectfully completed the application form. We submitted the form and diligently followed up with phone calls and messages every other day for updates. We were informed that the application had been forwarded to the landlord, and we patiently awaited his decision for confirmation. Unfortunately, two weeks later, we were notified of an error on the form which was just an Excuse. We promptly rectified the error by refilling and resubmitting the form. Regrettably, we learned the following day that the property had been rented out. If you did not just say we will update you with an update and told us of the said error this could have been corrected 2 weeks ago to stand a chance in getting the property thanks again
6th Sep 2024 (29 days ago)After two years of property hell we chose Kirkham Property to sell our house. At first we used another agent whose terms seemed slightly better initially. Quick offer, accepted, then the buyer pulled out at Christmas. We then did some renovations and in summer invited Jay to return and revalue. He is such a great first contact with the company. Friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help us sell the house. It was on the agents website very quickly. The agent handled the viewings, and in June we received an offer. Today is 6th September and we completed yesterday. The agents have been so professional throughout. Minimum communication but available to help whenever I needed them. I’ve not had to go to the office so can’t comment. I’m not the easiest of people to deal with and give 5 stars to Sue Needham and her team.

I've had a couple of problems which have been sorted within hours by Andrew the lettings manager. Would highly recommend Belvoir. Very professional.

29th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)There's a very rude and pushy employee named Mark who pressured us with lies and used overly aggressive sales tactics. His approach was more suited to a place like Poundland, where people don’t need to think much before making a purchase. The service I experienced was extremely upsetting and disrespectful.
18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I requested for a move in date and they pretty much gave me close to what I asked for! Thank you Emma Baron and the team for your wonderful, approachable service! I would most definitely recommend A Wilson Estate if I was to ever buy or sell ????

I chose them for this reason. I have been extremely satisfied with their performance and also my own thought process in picking EweMove to sell my property.
5th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
27th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Poor communication and professionalism. We enquired about a property and were told that a soft credit check would take 2-4 days. We received no information. We rang back after 9 days of waiting to be told that it was let agreed last week and we were told nothing. Moreover, the person on the phone cut the call short before I had finished speaking.- 6th Sep 2024 (29 days ago)Ryder & Dutton , particularly Jessica have been brilliant with my sale. I felt I was kept up to date throughout the sales process even though I live hundreds of miles away from the property being sold. My dealings with Jessica have been really positive, the sale turned out to be slightly tricky but Jessica stuck at it and got the sale over the line. Great company.
