Excellent photos and video showed off our property to the very highest order. Throughout the selling process from first meeting James and Victoria to the final day of completion they were super efficient in every way. Most of all the experience was rather like working with friends over organising a difficult event. The encouraging words when selling chains collapsed along with shared joy when problems were overcome and the chain links were restored - all this kept our morale up. Thanks to James, Victoria and all the people involved in the Stamford team

It’s rare to find an estate agent who genuinely goes the extra mile to help their clients, but Helen did exactly that. She was incredibly polite, professional, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated estate agent. It is currently on the market with another estate agents after being with City and County for 3 months with only one viewing. Lack of communication was there key area they need to work on as well as knowing there market well and getting potential buyers

Always quick to respond with any issues, of which there are few. Even went the extra mile for me when my house purchase was unexpectedly delayed and extended my tenancy which took away a significant amount or worry and stress.
