29th Apr 2024 (13 weeks ago)I recently purchased my first home through this branch of W H Brown. This is not something I have ever had to do so I was very unsure on how the process works. Giles Wilkinson and Philip Burrows answered all my questions and worries. They made the whole process feel a lot less stressful and smoother. I would definitely recommend and use them again when I next move.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.
8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)Money Properties were actually my sellers agent, but as their service was so good (Tracey in particular) I thought it worthwhile to write a review. From first contact all the way through to completion, Tracey worked hard for me to enable my dream of buying my house very close to my elderly parents. She was professional and always friendly and approachable in what was a relatively quick buying process but with quite a long chain behind me so was quote stressful. She always ensured I was kept in the loop and really pushed hard to get to exchange and completion with a short deadline. I can't recommend her and Money Properties enough and should I ever look to be selling my house in Wymondham or if anyone asks me who to recommend, it will be them.- 12th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)I couldn’t recommend W H Brown enough, the team were helpful, efficient and polite, they maintained regular contact with all parties to ensure a smooth transition of ownership

After the ease of the sale first time around, it was a no-brainer to go with Abbotts again. The team at Fakenham were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept us updated every step of the journey and made the whole process as smooth as a house sale could possibly be. Thank you Kamile and team!

24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)from then outset of us having an interest in the Propery Curtis and Ben where the model of professionalism. We were moving from a long distance to Norfolk and they helped us every way they could from a virtual viewing to daily updates in progress. Curtis also met us out of hours at 8.30pm on a Saturday night to sign us in. 23rd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Not very helpful whatsoever, put an offer in on a property as a cash buyer that these people are marketing over a week ago and NOT heard anything since! Gentleman who I spoke to quite condescending and abruptly answering my questions. Do these people NOT want to sell the properties they are marketing??

They were very quick when putting the house on the market, they took photos on a Friday and the house was on Rightmove by 11am on the Monday. I got an offer on the house within a week off the house being put on the market. Very good estate agents, I would definitely use them for my future house sales.
