Alicia helped us through the initial process with completion of the online forms which would have been a nightmare without her. Hannah relentlessly and efficiently progressed the process in spite of the many obstacles, delays and difficulties which the conveyancers/solicitors caused. Thank you to all at Watton branch.

25th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)On behalf of the estate of the late Neville Garner, would again like to sincerely thank the team at Sowerbys for their profession approach in completing the sale of the final property in the estate ie Tall Trees, Saham Toney. Starting with Louie on getting the initial sale closed thro to Terie Hurrell in handling the sale through to completion which certainly hasn't been easy given multiple purchases & properties involved in the chain however Terie's tenacity has again shone through ensuring completion onetime. Again thanks to everyone

28th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We had an extremely disappointing experience with Brown & Co Estate Agents during the end of our tenancy.<br><br>They tried to claim a substantial amount from my deposit for issues that were entirely unreasonable, including the removal of an item of furniture that actually belonged to the property owner, alleged missing lightbulbs, and professional cleaning charges for the entire property including carpets that were nearly 20 years old and beyond life expectancy. Many of the deductions appeared to be aimed at improving the property for the landlord to sell, rather than fairly addressing genuine tenant wear and tear. It was particularly concerning that some of the extra items and the amount of money being claimed were added to throughout the process. The claims presented before and during the DPS dispute process were not entirely consistent, which raised questions about the validity of some of the deductions being sought.<br><br>Throughout the dispute, Josh Bailey's communication was often awkward with no negotiation skills, and there was a clear attempt to pursue claims for betterment rather than what was fair and reasonable under tenancy deposit rules. Rather than acting as an impartial agent, it seemed there was a deliberate focus on maximising the return to the landlord.<br><br>We were also disappointed by his handling of a small area of mould around the faulty hob extractor fan, as the problem was not addressed fairly or appropriately.<br><br>Fortunately, the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) reviewed the evidence independently and saw through many of the claims being made. The adjudicator recognised that the property had not been professionally cleaned when we moved in and rejected a significant proportion of the deductions being sought from our deposit.<br><br>Overall, the experience left us with little confidence in Brown & Co's ability to deal fairly and objectively with tenants. My advice to anyone renting through this agency would be to take extensive photographs at check-in and check-out, keep detailed records of all communication, and not be afraid to challenge deposit deductions through the DPS if you believe they are unfair.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend Brown & Co Estate Agents.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and the communication was excellent from start to finish.<br><br>A special thank you to Aysha, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. She kept us regularly updated, responded promptly to our questions, and always made sure we knew what was happening at each stage. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier.

The whole team were brilliant however in particular James who assisted with selling our property ensured this was dealt with as quickly and stress free as possible and with the least inconvenience to us whilst arranging viewings. Jade who supported after an offer had been accepted until completion was very responsive and happy to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend this company.

12th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)I highly recommend Minors and Brady. From the start the valuation gave me the confidence in the company. No silly promises and hard factual information. The profile was amazing and the photography excellent, no fishtail lenses showing things falsely. The sales team were great and supported me in dealing with an empty property. After sale we were passed to Norwich office and weekly updates were very settling. The mediating was so helpful and stopped the sections holding things up. I had been thtough a terrible ordeal with another agent and Minors and Brady gave back some faith in the sysytem. From the very beginning, he kept us informed throughout the entire process and was always happy to answer any questions we had.<br><br>Martin created a group chat with my partner and me, which meant we were all kept updated at the same time and communication was always quick and clear. He worked incredibly hard to keep everything moving and really pushed to ensure we completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.<br><br>He was professional, friendly, approachable and genuinely cared about making the experience as stress-free as he could. On completion day, we were welcomed into our new home with flowers, cupcakes, a bottle to celebrate, and a lovely card from the team. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the day even more special.<br><br>We can't thank Martin and the team enough and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home

As a first-time buyer, I didn’t always know how everything worked but Sarah was happy to answer my questions and explain things clearly.
