25th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)On behalf of the estate of the late Neville Garner, would again like to sincerely thank the team at Sowerbys for their profession approach in completing the sale of the final property in the estate ie Tall Trees, Saham Toney. Starting with Louie on getting the initial sale closed thro to Terie Hurrell in handling the sale through to completion which certainly hasn't been easy given multiple purchases & properties involved in the chain however Terie's tenacity has again shone through ensuring completion onetime. Again thanks to everyone

We felt that this personal approach, where genuine care was shown, made what can at times be a tiresome & daunting experience, become one of stability & assurance. With special mention to Hannie Theobald who kept us informed, updated and who handled negotiations and other parties involved with true care and attention. She definately goes above and beyond, and I believe the chain would have broken several times if it was not for her ability to listen, and find solutions. She is everything an estate agent should be, and more.

Patsy, Anthony and the team are kind, friendly and have knowledge and experience and will always endeavour to help and this has been the case for a period of several years. They keep ahead of legislative changes and give clear and informative updates to their landlords. They are also nice people! Well done to everyone at Watton Belvoir.

Adam, James, Louis, and particularly Jade - who coordinated the last mile of the sale, keeping everyone updated with frequent clear communication during the most stressful part of the process - were all great. 16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I was not empressed to poor commucation and also the new changes in renting rights fail here with this estate agents regards to everyone whom have a booking to view a property should be able to see the property and have a chance to apply, to which did not happen my viewing was canceled due to the property was letted. Then i was kind being push to view different property to which i was not interested in. The council says try private rented places whilst my application is being change due my sitution that has changed.
