21st Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Mel and the team could not have been more helpful. Friendly, professional and caring Our Mother passed away June 22 and they handled everything very sensitively. It was a very difficult time for us having lost Mum and then having to sell the house. Cannot thank them enough for the way the sale was handled with us in mind. Highly recommend.
12th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Had a very poor experience trying to collect keys to my first house with this branch. We were due to complete on a Friday but called ahead to let them know we'd be over Saturday afternoon to collect keys. When called on completion day I alerted a 2nd member of staff we'd be coming Saturday afternoon and not right away. We'd be driving from Oxford (3 hours away) so wanted to make sure they were definitely expecting us. We arrive 2:35pm Saturday to an empty branch, wait 90 mins before calling around to see if anyone from other branches can get in touch with the DM agents as they close at 4. The Norwich branch managed to call the DM agent who confirmed out on a Valuation but back soon as only 10-15 mins away and coming back to branch before finishing for the day. An hour then passes so it's 5pm and still no agent. We waited 2.5 hours on an afternoon when they knew we were coming to collect keys and nothing. Lied to the Norwich branch that they would be coming soon. Thankfully no chain so we hadn't arranged removal vans for that day as I have no idea what we'd have done if all our belongings were packed up. To top it all off while waiting the extra hour between 4-5pm my car was driven into in the nearby car park. 6 hours of driving, a wasted day & a damaged car later I get a call from Ollie the branch manager basically saying "yeah, sorry about that, see you next week" Happy to prioritise new business over fulfilling remaining obligations from a previous sale. Dreadful.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

The standard of clean expected is always incredibly high, Beebys go above and beyond to ensure that properties are clean and well presented for new tenants. The team at Beebys are professional, yet approachable. Always friendly and appreciative. They are an absolute joy to communicate with. We would, and do, recommend them to friends and family who are looking for properties to let or buy.
11th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)I saw one of your boards ystd while driving thru Throckenholt. Thought I'd check out details, price etc but your website doesn't seem to let a buyer do that. Some agents let buyers scroll thru avail props refined by area/price, wotev. I seek something rural in or near Throckenholt/Gedney Hill etc

When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.
12th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Poor coordination. Drove from NW London for a viewing to be called an hour before to cancel the appt because they couldn't get anyone there due to a broken down vehicle. I know these things happen, but they seemed to not have cared. Lucky we hadn't booked a day off specifically for it; could we do it in a few weeks time was the suggestion... not risking it again.

16th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)After advertising with a high-street estate agent, and being let down, ignored and plagued with time wasters, my wife and I decided to look for a better agent, who actually cared about their job. My wife found Next Level Property’s advert online and we were impressed with how the adverts were written and displayed, so we decided to try them. Steve came to the house and immediately impressed us with his friendly nature, his plan to sell the house, and his knowledge of the market. He set his advert out differently to the other estate agent, focusing on property’s unique traits and backed it up with fantastic pictures that he took himself. He arranged viewings and we had an offer on the house 3 days after Christmas, within 3 weeks of the house being on the market. Name me another estate agent that could sell a house over the Christmas holiday! He went above and beyond throughout the whole process, especially after the offer went in, where he remained in constant contact with the buyers, dealt with both side’s solicitors, and even saved the whole sale with a common-sense solution to a major issue that arose. I can honestly say that Steve single-handedly saved the house sale and is the only reason we’re currently sitting in our new home! He was a pleasure to work with and he kept us reassured and informed throughout the whole process. He was always there for us, and was often the only person we could reach to update us, as the solicitors on both sides were a nightmare. I would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone looking to sell their house. I will certainly be going back to him when we come to move again in the future. Thank you Steve and Next Level Property!
