22nd Sep 2023 (10 mo. ago)Professional communication. Always kept us informed when viewings were scheduled. Gave us advice on what to do next when asked without any pressure. Accepted an offer within weeks of putting property on the market at the original asking price. Very good.
17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)I don’t think I can put into words how bad one of their estate agents were. I will never recommend these to anyone, ever. 100% do not use their Mutley Branch (the estate agent in question moved to that branch).

Keith gave me total peace of mind that my investment was in capable hands and being looked after. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much

The service was excellent and house was sold quickly. We had a protracted chain which caused lots of delays but Holly in particular is a credit to your business. Nothing was too Much trouble, I was updated regularly and when I wanted a call back this was prompt. Holly is professional, polite and was very considerate to our particular difficult situation. Thanks Langs to all of the staff who were equally lovely, but in particular thank you Holly. Would have no hesitation but to recommend them.

They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and all the staff have a lovely disposition that makes them very approachable (which is certainly not a given in the business!)

I would like to mention Ela who was outstanding with the negotiations between myself and my buyers making the whole progress for the sale run smoothly. great service thank you Ali and the team .

We also received a really lovely moving in box full of goodies which was a lovely surprise. I cannot recommend them enough!

They had our best interests at heart, kept us updated each step of the way, held out to get us the best possible price for our property and were very professional and friendly. Thank you very much to such a team of dedicated professionals.
17th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)Professional and personalised service that puts the client at the centre of everything. We felt at every step of the process we were well informed and listened too. Every visit to our home, whether that be for a valuation, for listing, or viewings, our home and family members were respected. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Using the app to keep updated with every stage was very useful. Plenty of reminders for appointments or viewings. The listing was well advertised, the photos fantastic quality and the 3D virtual tour was superb. Every viewing was accompanied, although we only needed a couple before sale! All of this for fees that are competitive with other agents we approached in our area. I am so pleased we made a good choice and went with Atwell Martin.

But Raphael ensured the whole process was smooth and efficient. He adds value beyond the ordinary, suggests innovative solutions to legal or practical problems, and makes things happen!

11th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)The Pilkington sales agent was very enthusiastic and confident and the outcome was that they achieved their valuation. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

All staff were very helpful and friendly. No questions were unanswered and they were always helpful with any queries I might have. They kept me informed from start to finish. Special mention to Abi who was always so happy to help me even if it was 3/4 calls a day. Thank you
2nd Apr 2024 (17 weeks ago)This letting agency is a joke they arrange a inspection one minute then section21 the next as the landlords haven't a clue what they want and this agent will keep phoning if you give them your number avoid at all costs
