25th Feb 2025 (29 days ago)If you want a professional, polite, and excellent customer support then you'll use Fulfords in Tavistock to either sell your property, or indeed sell you one from there own listings. Mica, Toby, and Tod made it very simple for us as we purchased our Duke of Bedford Cottage. I cannot fault them, And all 3 of them are so nice to talk to. Thank you Mica and the chaps. 15th Mar 2025 (11 days ago)Howard Douglas Lettings have recently organised a Tenant Find Service for a property in Buckfastleigh. Kate has managed everything from start to finish. The service was impeccable and Kate was really lovely to deal with. I have used other Lettings Agents before for the same property, but none have matched this level of service. 100% recommended and very reasonable cost wise.
10th Oct 2024 (24 weeks ago)I contacted Strutt & Parker in Exeter to sell my late parents home in Sidmouth. Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel

18th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)Avoid wether buying or selling! Wanted to buy and had offer accepted on a property with stipulation to remove from market before I'd proceed. After many weeks the property was still listed on the market but agents started demanding I proceed anyway, they even contacted my solicitor & lied saying I'd said to proceed. I made a fresh offer emphasising my stipulation to remove from market but they refused to put it forward to the vendor. Obviously the sale is not going ahead now. Very poor communication, no single point of contact, always a different employee emailing, cold, aggressive, rude and overall very confusing.
18th Jan 2024 (1 year ago)Absolutely awful start to finish. Agent valued the property wrong, wouldn't answer emails, didn't pass on an offer, and messed up the paperwork almost costing the sale. Never experienced such a terrible agency in 30 years and having bought/sold dozens of properties
6th Mar 2025 (20 days ago)Mansbridge Balment Okehampton Estate Agents I would be profoundly disappointed if I had entrusted this estate agent with the responsibility of marketing my property. I have personally reached out to them on two separate occasions to express my interest in properties they are actively marketing, both through Rightmove and directly through their own website, providing all the requested information. Regrettably, I have consistently been ignored. No one from the office has contacted me to follow up or schedule a viewing. It is imperative for property vendors to be aware that Mansbridge Balment does not prioritise their best interests. I strongly recommend that they consider hiring another agent who will provide the necessary support and attention. This conduct is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to their clients and potential purchasers.

I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.

22nd Feb 2025 (5 weeks ago)All of the team at Pilkington Estates were friendly and knowledgeable. It was great to be able to call or text and get a prompt response, which is something we were unable to achieve with our previous agent. They were able to sell our property but we did unfortunately take a significant hit. We would have preferred to have achieved more from the sale but we’re pleased to have sold to a couple who fell in love with our home which is great to know as we have invested time, money and love into it during our decade of ownership. Thank you to the team for supporting us in our move!

While selling our property we came across a few unexpected hurdles that popped up along the way. Thankfully, we chose View Property and they were absolutely fantastic. View handled tricky situations with incredible professionalism and expertise. They were proactive, communicative, and always kept us in the loop, even when things got complicated. We really appreciated their calm and reassuring approach, which helped to alleviate a lot of stress. They navigated the challenges with skill and determination, ultimately securing a successful sale. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them! If you're looking for an estate agent who can handle anything, I highly recommend View Property. They're worth their weight in gold! 6th Mar 2025 (20 days ago)We had outstanding service both with our sale and purchase from the entire BOP team - Elle, Emma, Eva, Liz and Mark - and cannot recommend them highly enough. Just when our chain seemed to be collapsing Mark went above and beyond to renegotiate the whole chain so everyone was happy. And a special shout-out to Emma and Elle whose professionalism and tenacity in the face of considerable challenges kept the wheels on the train and meant we were able to pick up the keys to our dream home today. Their attention to detail and super-responsiveness made us feel like we were their only client. We weren’t of course, but it speaks volumes that we felt like that. It was a rollercoaster ride but they were there through every peak and trough, and not afraid to hold people’s feet to the fire. If you’re thinking of selling your home then you need Team BOP in your corner. Just outstanding.
