Todd went above and beyond by staying after the branch closed to show me and my partner around a property after we finished work. We did end up purchasing this property and we have had amazing support along the way with weekly updates and the branch has made sure both me and my partner are happy with everything along the way ! I would definitely recommend using the team at fulfords as they have exceptional customer service and have helped us so much with our purchase !

31st May 2024 (8 weeks ago)We would highly recommend Strutt & Parker in Exeter, especially Isabel Clifton who did an amazing job. Initially when we found the property we wanted to purchase our house wasn't even on the market. Isabel arranged everything for us regarding our house sale and we managed to sell it within 5 weeks of it going on the market. We were always kept informed of any changes / potential issues and she was always easily contactable. You will certainly get a more personal service here which is exactly what we wanted. In fact, the whole team. They found us two suitable buyers within a week! Their conduct was exemplary in terms of communicating, empathy, reassuring and reality – an estate agency which genuinely understands the emotions and needs of people as well as the practical aspects of selling homes. They are second to none – ‘Knights to be trusted' - professional decent agents who can effectively secure a sale with the least amount of stress. Communicating and engaging throughout the whole conveyance - always there. Keeping us informed. 18th Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)Avoid wether buying or selling! Wanted to buy and had offer accepted on a property with stipulation to remove from market before I'd proceed. After many weeks the property was still listed on the market but agents started demanding I proceed anyway, they even contacted my solicitor & lied saying I'd said to proceed. I made a fresh offer emphasising my stipulation to remove from market but they refused to put it forward to the vendor. Obviously the sale is not going ahead now. Very poor communication, no single point of contact, always a different employee emailing, cold, aggressive, rude and overall very confusing.
18th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)Absolutely awful start to finish. Agent valued the property wrong, wouldn't answer emails, didn't pass on an offer, and messed up the paperwork almost costing the sale. Never experienced such a terrible agency in 30 years and having bought/sold dozens of properties

I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.
11th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)The Pilkington sales agent was very enthusiastic and confident and the outcome was that they achieved their valuation. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

All staff were very helpful and friendly. No questions were unanswered and they were always helpful with any queries I might have. They kept me informed from start to finish. 6th Jul 2024 (21 days ago)All members of the staff, of Bond Oxborough Phillips, were always pleased to help with any enquiry, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The fact that they had an “Sales Progressor” was a an added bonus and to have someone who is at the top of their game what can be said but “Wonderful and fantastic.” Their removal of the mountain of worry and anxiety from the whole process of house selling and buying was a blessing.
