In what ended up being a seven month process and a very stressful time for my partner and I. Marc went above and beyond in all areas and without his dedication and communication up until the very end, it may not have completed in time. 23rd Jul 2024 (4 days ago)They kept us hanging on with a potential buyer who obviously wasn’t going to buy and withdrew after 6 months. We gave Downers the required 4 weeks notice they asked for, and they immediately (same day) withdrew our advert on Rightmove and took down the For Sale sign. They said we would still need to pay them if we found a buyer during that 4 weeks. We eventually sold without an estate agent.

The agents go above and beyond and it was a pleasant experience from the initial viewing until the day I left the rented property. Winkworth were always super responsive and supportive with anything I needed, and most of all, friendly. Special mentions to Anna and Alyx - they really help to give Winkworth the reputation it deserves ????????

28th Jun 2024 (29 days ago)Great service throughout, the Property Explorer are a highly professional team and were always available to talk to and offer advice about any queries we had. Ollie came to value our house that we had lived in for over 25 years and made the difficult decision to put our house on the market much easier. Danny was brilliant throughout our sales process and we achieved a price for our house that we were very happy with. Then Kev helped to get us over the line to completion. Thanks for all your hard work. I must also mention Janine at Lamb Brooks, who was extremely helpful in getting our sale and purchase finalised. She is very professional and was always quick to answer any questions that we had.
10th Aug 2021 (2 years ago)After having very difficult & rule breaking tenants for 9 months we were not surprised when they 'jumped ship, without paying rent until the end of the tenancy. We were not allowed into the flat until the end of the tenancy when the check out Inventory was done. Then, surprise surprise the robbing tenants asked for their deposit back! Emily of Sansome & George was very helpful in advising me of the correct process to follow & helped me to secure payment of the deposit which went part way to reimbursing us for the funds lost. Thanks Emily for the excellent support & advice.

4th Jul 2022 (2 years ago)We bought & sold our last house with Halletts 32 years ago so dealing with them again on our present home made us feel very comfortable. They are a great team, nothing is too much trouble for them. We had viewings very quickly when the house was put on the market and these were all professionally handled by either Graham or his son. We were kept informed after every viewing and once a buyer was found, Graham could always be relied upon to speak to the other agents when there were holdups of any kind. The team are very approachable and we would highly recommend this well established Estate Agents 10/10!!

However, Kristian did his utmost to accommodate us. He was really helpful with information and all questions were answered. He wasted no time in informing us that our offer had been accepted. Thank you Brockenhurst, especially Kristian, but also helpful David.

Communication was excellent, very quick and any issue dealt with promptly and efficiently. I would pick them without hesitation if I was to let my house again. Well done and thank you!
29th May 2024 (8 weeks ago)I have had the pleasure of working with Archie Brooks during my search for a new rental property in Newbury, and cannot recommend Archie highly enough. All calls and emails are dealt with very efficiently and no question seems to be too much trouble. The admin side has been managed efficiently using a dedicated portal and I have been kept updated though every step of the process. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Parker’s and especially Archie. Thank you!
2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)We moved in June 2024 with the help of James from Ewe Move Tadley and I simply cannot emphasise enough how brilliant he was throughout our whole experience. We had various estate agents come to value our house and out of all of them, James spent the most time with us and helped explain the whole process. We didn’t feel like just a number or a commission, but real people about to enter the world of moving. James spent 2 hours with us discussing what was going on in the housing market, the sales they’ve made recently and even explaining how the house buying process works. The valuation was fare and competitive too. The photos taken of the house are of such high quality which is so important when selling your house. We also had a 3D tour of the house available as well. Overall 10/10 for marketing. It did take a while to receive an offer however I put this down to putting our house on the market in November 2023. By mid January we had an offer. Then the wait whilst the solicitors did their thing. James was available pretty much whenever we needed him. Which was a lot because I’m a worrier and moving house is so stressful. James made it so much easier and was able to calm our frustrations. Some aspects of our sale were hard to swallow. And costly. But James was able to help our perspective shift from “why the fudge did we even bother?” To “yep. We’re doing it! This is ok. We will be ok!” 5 months later and our moving date finally arrived. James helped us throughout the whole journey and we couldn’t be more thankful. We have our dream home and that wouldn’t have been possible without Ewe Move. Thank you James :D
