30th Jan 2020 (4 years ago)Martyn was very helpful upon my move in and viewing. However when it was time for me to move out, they withheld some of my deposit money because the property wasn't clean enough. I didn't complain when upon my move in the floor was as dirty as the grount outside, but now I got charged money because I didn't clean? They even provided pictures about how it wasn't "clean". There was no dirt on the pictures.

He called as soon as was possible and sorted out all the details he needed right away, and went the next morning to secure this. Thanks!
1st Nov 2022 (1 year ago)We have had dealings with Woodleys Estate Agents over a number of years both selling and buying of properties, as well as renting. The service, communication and advice they have always given us has been excellent. In particular Mark, Mike and Gareth who were totally on top of negotiations and efficient in deputising for each other when required. All In all this company and its employees acted both professionally and honest with us at all times. They were a pleasure to work with and we can 100% recommend them. In addition we rented a property out through Woodleys with Aidan representing us, who likewise had very high professional standards and guided us through the whole process from advertising to selecting a tenant. Again we recommend this side of the business too. Mark, Mike, Gareth and Aiden are a credit to Woodleys and clearly showed integrity and professionalism throughout our dealings with them, but we also had a good many funny moments and laughter en route. They are so much more professional than some of the competition - no lies, no games, no bull, no egos, no made up viewers, no lack of feedback, no excuses, no cancellations, no non-shows on the day. The MH team were honest, direct, professional, communicative and fun to deal with at every step. Every single viewing that was booked in showed up and we got detailed feedback from each of them. The service we received was flawless and they succeeded in securing a great sale price for our property - where other agents gave up or couldn't be bothered. Very well done MH and THANK YOU. 5* all the way!

He was always very helpful and professional to both myself and my buyer and ensured the whole sales process went through very smoothly. I would definitely recommend them if you are planning on either selling or renting your home in the Twyford area.

From start to finish, Alice was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring the process went smoothly. Alice's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout. She provided clear and consistent communication, keeping me informed at every stage and always being available to answer my questions. Her advice was invaluable. Moreover, Alice's friendly and approachable demeanor made what could have been a stressful process much more manageable. She truly went above and beyond, demonstrating a genuine commitment to her clients. He convinced us he would be able to sell our house, he was very professional, in fact the whole team at AH Lansley were very professional. They kept you updated from the time of viewings, then feedback after the viewings. Lauren did the viewings and kept us informed all the way along. Would not hesitate to recommend A H Lansley to all my friends

15th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)!! Avoid them at any cost !! They are the most unorganised, unprofessional and the rudest agency I have ever been with, they have left us without a shower for over 3 months, the lied about the property being professionally cleaned, all they care about is money! Lesley and Rob their head of lettings are the people that we have been dealing with, Rob was lying through his teeth to get us into the property, these people don’t have any respect for their tenants! And now since we left the property they are causing so many issues it’s actually an utter joke.

The extra options he provides as standard helped us sell our house by generating viewers as soon as it went on the market. We sold in one day. Thank you Lee - can’t understand why anyone would go with another Woodley agent knowing how hard you work to make the process so straight forward for your clients.

(33 reviews)2nd Aug 2023 (11 mo. ago)We were looking for a property in Earley/lower Earley We came across many agents however for this particular property which was marketed by Whiteknights, we met their estate agent Amilcar who understood our situation and was very helpful and quick to get us not only the landlord approval and then the tenancy process started. I found Amilcar very helpful and understanding and at the same time Very professional and doing all the checks very thoroughly One particular agent in the area is asking more rent than what is marketed and is starting a price war Based on my recent experience I will recommend Whiteknights and Especially Amilcar

She has consistently found me outstanding tenants for my properties and always manages the process in an exemplary fashion. I have also had the good fortune to work alongside Becky @ Penny and Sinclair when I helped them with property management for a few months in 2023. Becky is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, driven and extremely good at her job. If you’re thinking of letting a property you won’t find anyone better to deliver the result you are looking for. 10!

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
1st Apr 2024 (17 weeks ago)We have recently completed the sale of my 91-year-old uncle's bungalow through Property Owl. Over the years, I have been involved in selling a number of properties with varying experiences of agents and I have to say that Ammar's service was truly exceptional. My uncle sometimes gets a bit confused about dealing with administrative matters, and Ammar was very patient and thoughtful with him - it was his first house move in 50 years, so very stressful for him. Ammar's kindness and patience was very helpful as we live over an hour away. He also chased the sales process very effectively, liaising with the buyer, the solicitors involved and the sales lady at the retirement complex my uncle moved into; he kept us informed about the progress throughout. He even offered to take cuttings from a bush in the garden, and turned up on moving day to help where he could! Recommended unreservedly - thanks, Ammar!
