13th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)Ignoring all issues, at once we had blocked drains, washing machine, drier, smoke alarm, freezer, lights tumble drier problems. None of the above were working, took them 8 months to sort some out and some still left behind. Rent is up by 6.5% every year and no service provided. Highly recommend not to use their services

After 9 months, a failed purchase and a failed buyer along the way, Duncan Yeardley managed to get my sale over the line and I couldn’t be more grateful, despite every possible challenge thrown our way.<br><br>The last couple of months in particular weren’t always straightforward, but the team kept things moving. Communication was proactive throughout, I knew what was going on, and they were constantly chasing and keeping on top of everyone involved.<br><br>A huge thank you to Callum, Anastasia, Tom and the team for getting us there in the end… Would recommend Duncan Yeardley to anyone selling their home in the Bracknell area.

Disgraceful.<br>On the 26 July, one of the senior staff at the branch tried to gain entry to a property that I am renting from them without calling me first.<br><br>And it seems as though they were only nice to me when they get their way. The moment something goes wrong, they can be quite nasty.<br><br>If you concur, please tap on the thumbs up Like.

From the start Mark and Gareth have supported us fully, answered all our queries, provided all the information required and been proactive and positive about the sale. They have been in close regular contact with us and the buyers throughout the process, smoothing out any issues and delivering a great outcome on a short timescale. Their knowledge and experience shine through and they have excellent communication skills, which makes working with them a pleasure. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house in the area

They are professional, personable and genuinely fun to deal with, which made such a difference during what can be a very stressful process.<br><br>They marketed our property brilliantly, secured a quick sale and kept us informed throughout. In all honesty, dealing with Parker’s has been the only completely seamless part of the entire moving process.<br><br>We’re incredibly grateful to Charlie and the whole team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

8th Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Adams Estates. The checkout process felt unfair and heavily biased against the tenant. Many items listed in the report were inaccurate or related to normal wear and tear after two years of living in the property. Some conditions mentioned, such as mould, marks, and general ageing, were already present when I moved in, yet they were still included as issues at checkout. There were also claims about missing items that were actually present, which makes it hard to trust the accuracy of the inspection. The property was not newly renovated when I moved in, but the expectations at checkout felt unrealistic. I am willing to pay reasonable charges where genuinely justified, but the overall handling of this situation has seriously affected my trust in this agency.

They supported me during a very difficult and stressful period when my previous landlord served me with a Section 21 notice and I urgently needed to find suitable accommodation for my family. From the very beginning, the team was professional, understanding, and respectful. The agent took the time to listen to my circumstances, treated me with kindness and dignity, and worked hard to help me find the right property. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and they were always available to answer questions and provide reassurance when needed. Moving home can be an overwhelming experience, but the support and guidance I received made the process much smoother and less stressful. I am very grateful for their help and for the genuine care they showed during a challenging time. Thank you for your professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service. 31st Jul 2026 (12 days ago)We had a frustrating experience with RP. All the people that worked there were lovely, knowledgeable and approachable. However, the communication is what made the experience challenging. We would go weeks and weeks without hearing anything, and after precious viewings we just wouldn’t hear back. We’d have to keep calling just to get feedback. Ultimately we have chosen to move to a different estate agent; RP just couldn’t give the time and attention needed to sell our flat.
