Over promised, under delivered and let down at nearly every turn following. Didn’t realise just how bad it was until we changed agents.

They are easily contactable and respond very quickly to any issues or concerns I have with my long term tenancy. They always provide comprehensive out of hours contacts if needed which is very reassuring. Nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere to let.

In the current property market we were delighted to have our away with zero hassle especially as our was a probate sale and quite emotional one. They brought us some lovely people to take over the property who we hope will be very happy there.<br>Well done to the F & D team especially to Simon who was most-communicative.
8th Apr 2026 (25 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Adams Estates. The checkout process felt unfair and heavily biased against the tenant. Many items listed in the report were inaccurate or related to normal wear and tear after two years of living in the property. Some conditions mentioned, such as mould, marks, and general ageing, were already present when I moved in, yet they were still included as issues at checkout. There were also claims about missing items that were actually present, which makes it hard to trust the accuracy of the inspection. The property was not newly renovated when I moved in, but the expectations at checkout felt unrealistic. I am willing to pay reasonable charges where genuinely justified, but the overall handling of this situation has seriously affected my trust in this agency.

We have been particularly impressed with their clear communication knowledge of the local rental market, attention to detail and professional approach throughout the process. Their understanding of the rental market gave us confidence that our property was being presented to let in the best possible way.<br>Erica, Rosemary and the support team were reliable, proactive and responsive, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Excellent communication throughout the whole process via the whatsapp group they set up - answering questions and giving immediate feedback on viewings. We were really impressed with EweMove from our first viewing and how knowledgeable Craig was about our house and the area. He answered our many questions and a few we hadn't thought of. We were fairly clueless as first time buyers and Craig was particularly helpful in the first stages of guaging timeframes and next steps. The whole team kept us updated throughout and were all knowledgeable, reassuring, trustworthy and professional. We would definately reccommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. We also loved the welcome box too - that was a lovely surprise!!

Once we were with Davis Tate the photos were very good however some parts of the listing were not as expected. We didn’t have nearly as many viewings as expected and the communication was really poor. We didn’t sell our house but by deciding to reduce it on our own terms and didn’t listen to some of the advice of Davis Tate
