Annie calmly guided us though several tough decisions based on experience and a feet on the ground, down to earth feel for the market. We’re very happy with the outcome as are our buyers.

As directors we previously managed it ourselves but what a relief to have Justin and the team doing everything for us in a professional and prompt manner.I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company and my only regret is that we didn't do this years ago.

13th Nov 2024 (4 weeks ago)Selling a home can be very stressful more so when you live in another country and rely solely on the agents. Trying to decide who to use to sell my house was a long drawn out process. However during this time there was one constant and that was a lovely lady Jo Green from the Dorking branch of Cubitt & West. During the course of maybe 6 months she periodically called just to let us know she was here if needed and she never pushed any agenda. She made me feel like she was there just for me and it was really appreciated. In fact she was the main reason why I eventually decided that Cubitt & West were the agents to deal with my sale. I briefly flew to the UK and met Jo in person and within minutes I knew she was the right lady for the sale. The sale was quite a lengthy procedure with several dates given to me along the way however, Jo told me at the outset how long the sale would take and she was correct. Jo you have my respect and thanks but I would also like to mention Carole Fraser-Eighteen, Juliana Dennis and Scott Buchanan. There was nothing these guys would not do to help or just be a voice on the end of the phone. Thank you very much indeed. I would highly recommend Cubitt and West, Dorking and also the I Am Sold auction system. Thank you to Alexandra Young and Sadie Married Pitts. Great service.

10th Sep 2024 (14 weeks ago)David Baille at Jackson- Stops Dorking was amazing from start to finish. He was so patient, helpful, friendly and professional throughout and kept me updated at all times. When he was out of the office, all the other members were quick to assist me until David returned my call - which he always did. This estate agent seem to have excellent market knowledge too and excellent overall ratings which match my experience. I therefore can’t rate this estate agents highly enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of using them. Thank you once again David for all your help, advice (and definitely patience!) which ended in a successful sale. Kindest regards Karen.
