1st Jan 2025 (19 weeks ago)After several viewing not showing which wouldn't happen if the Estate Agent maybe confirmed in person the day before with viewers. Then when you get contacted by Facebook from a potential buyer who has asked WH Brown to view it over a week ago and did not get rang back by Brown's. What am I paying them to do !!!

They are open and honest, didn't mind the calls and emails. Joel was our Sales negotiator, he kept us informed at every stage. He was very polite,welcoming you feel like you know him for ever. I can't thank him enough for all the work and time he give to us. I would strongly recommend Bartons.

We have found them to be very professional but at the same time friendly and will explain any jargon that we come across that we do not understand. They have provided us with QQ reports, surveyors reports for purchasing and selling properties and have advised us several times. I would recommend this company

7th May 2024 (1 year ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.
1st May 2025 (11 days ago)Agent who valued the house seemed honest and sincere with food knowledge, not pushy. Price suggested was very close to the sale price we achieved. They had equal lowest fees and stuff a good job with viewings etc.

The lady on the phone , I think her name was Mia , kept my details and contacted me as soon as a property in the area came available . I really recommend this high level of service which I did not receive when I enquired with other branches .

Shaz was incredibly available and responsive to our questions and communication throughout. We knew that he would respond to a text or call within a few hours, no matter the time or day of the week. We needed to rush completion to avoid a Stamp Duty hike, and Shaz pulled out all the stops to liaise along our chain to ensure we were all on the same page and progresses with haste. The right to withdraw from the sale without financial penalty was not something we had to enact but it offered a safety blanket in the months where, having agreed a sale of our house for above the asking price, we felt like we were never going to find the right place to buy. Again, Shad did us proud in communicating this position to our buyers and keeping everybody happy.

Liz the manager at the Dinnington office was very attentive as were the other members of staff and nothing was too much trouble and would always return missed calls etc. Very happy and would recommend.
