5th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Georgia at BRH has been nothing short of excellent! Georgia was very friendly during our viewing of the property and answered all of our questions, even answered some before we had chance to ask, this just shows how intuitive Georgia is. Since the viewing which was Monday, two days later we had a tenancy agreement to sign and everything ready paperwork-wise for a move on the following Friday! Any questions we have had Georgia has promptly responded within the hour and in the one case she hadn't, she rang to apologise even though it was only a few hours later! Overall the experience during this whole process has been perfect and could not wish for a better person to handle it all for us!

Always been very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Any issues I came across they ensured it was dealt with and sorted ASAP.

We had our mortgage acceptance within 24 hours from the bank straight! Aside from mortgage she also provide outstanding services, for instance like how to put a price on houses, the house options that suits you, insurance advise and survey, etc. We are so glad that we had Carla to help us out!

17th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had and I would strongly advise people not to stay here. I had made a booking in booking.com for 2 nights. When we arrived, the property was clearly not properly prepared for guests. There was no hand soap anywhere and not a single hand towel or towel provided on arrival, which is basic hygiene that every accommodation should supply. Upstairs in the storage room there were dirty towels and bed sheets left lying around, which immediately showed the property had not been properly cleaned. Even worse, we found three sex toys left in a drawer, which was completely unacceptable and extremely inappropriate. The toilet seat didn’t even fit the toilet properly, which just added to how poorly maintained the place was. I contacted Emma through the app messages and she said she had contacted the cleaning team, but there was no response. I waited over an hour to give them the benefit of the doubt, but nothing was resolved and no one helped. In the end, we had to leave the property around 10pm with nowhere to go and find alternative accommodation last minute. This caused unnecessary stress and disruption because the property was simply not in a condition to host guests. Overall this place was unhygienic, poorly managed, and clearly not checked before guests arrived. Basic cleanliness and standards were completely lacking.

We were fully informed, they were quick to respond to any of our questions and worked tirelessly behind the scenes in dealing with our property sale. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
7th May 2024 (1 year ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

11th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Absolutely fantastic! From the time Kelly came to do the valuation , take the photos to the board going up, the process was slick, professional and without intrusion. My house sold within 3 days. I have moved house many times but never have I encountered such a professional outfit. Informed on progress every step the way .These girls were professional, polite, and very supportive during this stressful. time. What a team ! All this without excessive fees too . What do they say about Estate Agents? Not in this case!! Thank you very much Bell & Co. Sue and Lottie.

We used Lincoln Ralph for both our sale and purchase recently, they were fantastic from our first meeting for our valuation through to completion. When our purchase fell through, Anthony was amazing and helped us find our forever home, one we wouldn’t have found without his help. All his team are friendly and very professional whilst still being approachable. Michael was our main contact Nothing was too much trouble whether it was a question regarding our sale or purchase. 3rd Mar 2026 (24 days ago)Couldn’t recommend EweMove and Shaz highly enough. We decided to use Shaz to sell our house after losing out on a purchase where he was the agent because of how well he came across. He subsequently assisted us by advising on how best to improve our property before sale before we had agreed to use EweMove. During our sale process a bid we had accepted dropped out, and so we had to go back to market, and we also had two house purchases fall through after survey meaning our new buyer was required to hold on while we secured another property. During this whole process Shaz helped us on the buy side with calibrating our offers and adjustments including following challenging survey findings, and on the sell side managed the marketing and buyer side brilliantly to ensure we secured a reliable buyer at the price we wanted and our ultimate buyer remained engaged despite considerable delay given our two collapsed purchases. I don’t believe moving into the property we are now in would have been possible without Shazs assistance.
17th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)We entrusted Lewis with handling viewings of our home while we were away on holiday, and had an offer agreed before we returned from our travels. What followed was a long and complex chain, full of challenges and more twists than a soap opera. There were several points where it genuinely felt like everything might fall apart, and I truly believe that without Lewis’s persistence and dedication in the end, the sale would have collapsed at the final stage—wasting months of time, money and effort for everyone involved. Lewis went above and beyond to ensure our sale progressed, even when the other agents in the chain were unhelpful and ineffective with acting on issues at their end—which, in fact, were the root cause of the delays and potential chain collapse. He took it upon himself to chase and manage those parts of the chain, (despite not representing those clients), simply to keep everything moving and ensure we could exchange and complete on time. He is incredibly hardworking and clearly passionate about what he does. We received emails as early as 5am and had calls and updates well into evenings, showing just how committed he was to getting everything over the line—even at his own expense. Thank you again Lewis, for your dedication and perseverance. We know this wasn’t an easy one for you, and we’re truly grateful for all the effort you put into securing our sale.
