23rd Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)I have rented a property via Blundells Rotherham and at times it was difficult to get them over phone. I urge them to pick up voice mails and respond to emails in a timely manner. But once someone takes up the issue, then there is no problem

1st Jan 2025 (16 weeks ago)After several viewing not showing which wouldn't happen if the Estate Agent maybe confirmed in person the day before with viewers. Then when you get contacted by Facebook from a potential buyer who has asked WH Brown to view it over a week ago and did not get rang back by Brown's. What am I paying them to do !!!

Special mention to Georgina who worked tirelessly to get my sale over the line. It wasn't straight forward but she stuck by my side until completion and it wouldn't have got there without her. She really did care and wanted to do everything she could to help. Highly recommended. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

16th Nov 2024 (23 weeks ago)The Property Shop has looked after my properties for 11 years. Lee, Dawn and Steph work very hard with great results - Especially with rents paid so efficiently. I believe that the tenants are looked after so well because of TPS professional standards. TPS sold properties for me - again, I trust Lee completely and he puts himself ‘out’ to get the job done. I recommend TPS, wholeheartedly.

We had a lot of issues with our solicitors that made it very stressful, but the absolute saving grace was Lincoln Ralph! Nicola was absolutely amazing and kept us updated throughout the entire process and did a lot of chasing when we weren’t getting any answers. I really think we would have pulled out of our purchase if it wasn’t for Nicola going above and beyond to help solve every issue we came across. They really did more than just sell our house (which sold in 4 days!), they did everything possible to make the process as easy as possible and I am so grateful. Even at the beginning when I was deciding who to go with, they made it clear there was no pressure and to do what’s best for us, and helped explain how selling and buying works as I didn’t have a clue! They are worth their weight in gold!!
31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

My estate agent Phil was brilliant. He was very friendly and guided me through the whole process with ease. He was always available at the end of the phone whenever I had any questions and kept me updated on any viewings etc in a very timely manner. Phil took care of everything and I found the whole process of selling my property stress free. I would definitely recommend Phil and EweMove ????
