He saw the potential in my late mother's less-than-snazzy retirement flat, offered a very competitive rate for his services and was proactive, super helpful and good-humoured throughout the process of selling it, which turned out to be lengthy through no fault of any of ours. Wherever he could he made contact with all parties necessary to speed up the process. He was well-informed, communicative and always a step ahead. He more than earned his fee and I would recommend him unconditionally.

The most important value about them is that they really understood our needs and worked towards them accordingly. Their constant search for the right property, commitment and communication helped us to find our first home as a young family. We would definitely recommend working with Salomon, that’s what we would do if we wish to purchase a property in the future. TM

1st Nov 2021 (2 years ago)I bought my house through Pedder in Sydenham 7 years ago and have just sold it through Pedder in Forest Hill and they were excellent on both purchase and sale! Dan in the Forest Hill office could not have been more helpful, supportive, and professional, he went way over and above at every stage and I can not recommend them highly enough.
15th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Sky was amazing without her we would not have completed before Xmas. Our buyer was with the shambles that call themselves premier property lawyers!!! There systems were shut down and they have been a complete nightmare. Sky went over and above to contact them and the buyer almost daily. Meaning we didn't loose our onwards property of which we are so grateful. Jennie and Joe
29th Jan 2019 (5 years ago)Throughout a very long and complex sale with lots of issues and potential deal breakers, Richard kept us updated and encouraged. He was always prompt to reply to messages by phone or email. He was always honest and upfront, managing our expectations and delivering difficult news appropriately. With a different estate agent we might not have had the energy to see the sale through. Robert played a similar role throughout the initial part of our sale while we kept having to re-adjust the price in a very tricky market. These guys are the real deal, the opposite of a dodgy estate agent cliché, they know their stuff and genuinely care about their clients.

His hard work was invaluable in resolving problems and facilitating good communication between different parties. Much appreciated.
22nd Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I have used conrad fox to rent my 2 bedroom Property in gypsy Hill for the last 20 years. I keep my property in good repair and Dianne & Martin have always found me great tenants who have always stayed with me for 3+ years, hence why I always go to them, I want my tenants to be happy & work with them, I think when renting a lot depends on landlord & tenant expectations & relationships , the agents are often caught in the middle, that's just my opinion, mine has been positive experience dealing with Dianne & Martin at conrad fox and my review is genuine & honest & not meant to be a counter any unfortunate experience others may have had for whatever reason

17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

A real local expert who knows every house in the Telegraph Hill area inside and out, his advice and guidance were invaluable to us. At a difficult time in the market, he was able to value the house precisely and market it effectively. Through a difficult transaction, he worked tirelessly to get the whole chain moving forward without ever losing his cool. But what really sets Warren apart is his honesty and integrity. He never promises what he can't deliver or puts his interests above those of his clients. It's how he built an unmatched reputation in the neighbourhood and why we are proud to say that he's not just the best agent we've ever worked with but also a dear friend. If you're buying or selling anywhere near New Cross - consider yourself lucky because you have the chance to have Warren on your team.
18th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Hi all, If your reading this your probably considering a property with cubix or for cubix to manage your property - just avoid cubix at all costs for your own sake. I stayed in a flat with cubix for 1 year. I don't know where to start of the issues we had with them. There was just too many. A example, before we moved into the flat - we was ensured the flat would be professionally cleaned. We was abit worried as we seen mould and dirt within the inventory report but we was assured all will be cleaned by professionals and they will use high quality cleaning products. We moved into a very dirty flat such as food marks and stains in the kitchen, table, cobwebs around, hair. The flat was just not cleaned at all. I had to contact them and send pictures which it took more than 2 weeks to get a cleaner out. I was happy to know a professional cleaner is coming and I can be around..... the "professional cleaner" came in which was a young man in jeans, couldn't understand English and had only a backpack with him containing 2 sprays. Just a complete joke They are very unprofessional, if you want anything done or help with anything - you have to chase them more than once. Raste is the only person who can sort any problem and the team all seem clueless to what's going on. Glad I have nothing to do with them anymore. The landlord also changed agencies to manage his flat.

We are very grateful and thankful for all his hard work and dedication to his company. We will certainly go back to him whenever we decide to move on. 2nd Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)This is an estate agent on another level. Instead of going for the same kind of corporate, profit driven, pushy stereotype that we have all come to know (and loathe) the team at Hestia’s are the opposite. Their focus is on individuals, they want to really get to know and help people. The people who’s houses they are tasked with selling but also the people who want to buy them. We instinctively got on well with the team from our first meeting and it was just a pleasure working with them. Conversations were always professional and productive, but most importantly they were conversations and at no point did we feel dictated to. Viewings were handled respectfully; communication was great with plenty of notice at every turn and they found perfect buyers for our home. As with any process there were complications, but Hestia’s made a huge effort to help us and our buyer overcome these issues which made everything work in the end. In short without their help, we would not have been able to move when we did. I would not hesitate in recommending Hestia’s to anyone trying to sell their home in South London. They are brilliant and we can’t thank them enough for the effort they put in.

I've been trying to book a viewing for a few days now and told each time that the team are out of the office. I stated as much to them directly and politely. Lauren from reception just put the phone down on me, very unprofessional.

Their professionalism from start to finish is remarkable and nothing is ever too much for them. Our sale was not the easiest but they believed in getting through every hurdle to completion even when we didn’t. There is never a day they treated us as another source of income or annoyance in the many delays we have had. They offer bespoke service best suited to your needs without even realising it, a lovely gesture and assurance that you are not on your own, which sets them apart from other agents. Their work ethic and conduct exhibits great patience, extensive knowledge and understanding of their trade. We cannot thank you enough Dean and Dierdre and only hope for just the best for you and the company.

We originally had a viewing at one property and mentioned to Kevin a property we had noticed they were advertising. He was able to set up a viewing for the house that day. We met George at the property who was very knowledgeable. The both of them were able to get the answers to all our questions and also helped us get over the line. Really happy that we were paired with these two powerhouses! Thanks again for all your help and support during the process, especially with us being first time buyers!
