Further, they made all of the process very transparent which really makes my experience lovely with them.

He knows the local market well and was always patient and honest . Office staff were easy to talk to and always got in touch when they said they would . I’d recommend selling through KFH they're proactive , motivated, efficient and effective . Thanks to the team !

27th Jun 2024 (30 days ago)If I would, I would put 0 stars. The house was super dirty when we arrived and in the middle of renovations so I lived in a room with a BROKEN window for 6 months, using an electrical heater to heat up the room and wasting a ton of energy. After I moved out I heard they refused to give back the deposit because of cleaning, when I for a fact know this was not an issue and it was CLEANER than when we arrived. Very rude and condescending people, and disorganised about making arrangements for contractors to come to the house. They would often say one day and then never come. Super uncomfortable treating with them and hope they are better this year.

21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Best letting agency I dealt with the London branch and I am absolutely impressed with how well organised and structured their services are. Provided by professional, friendly and lovely agents. Starting from viewing the property to the check out communication was swift and clear. A lot of support provided from information on renting guidance to check out inventory, repairs services with a hotline. The repairs service could be through a link or a WhatsApp messaging line. They usually respond immediately and raise the job to the trades person or company they deal with. Most repairs were solved in a short time frame. They also send property care guide at the beginning of winter to flag any issues related to the weather. I got the impression that the agency is really good at ensuring both parties (the landlord and tenant ) are satisfied with any dealings or requests. Moreover, the contract they provided was comprehensive and detailed with no hidden clauses or vague statements. Everything was clearly stated ensuring our rights are protected as well as our duties as tenants clearly communicated. I definitely recommend this agency

Felix helped me sell my flat, which was an emotional thing for as I loved it so much but was moving away for work - Felix and his team made the whole process smooth drama free and there was always someone to talk to with all the facts at their fingertips. This is a smart, professional but utterly approachable team who know the area and the intricacies like the backs of their hands and are extremely hardworking, responsive and switched on. I'll be back when I'm ready to buy in London again. I have complete trust in Conran Brockley and they are without exception a pleasure to deal with. K
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!- 11th Jul 2024 (16 days ago)Selling a house in Greenwich in Spring 2024 is challenging to say the least. However John and Madison provided what turned out to be accurate initial advice and after a short time on the market (and after several viewings) a very good offer from a buyer with a 4 week deadline. They both assisted us through the stressful (due to the tight timescales) selling process and we are delighted that we managed to sell and move to our new home. I can thoroughly recommend John and Madison who will get to know your property and provide a first class service from start to finish. Thanks guys!!
