There systems were shut down and they have been a complete nightmare. Sky went over and above to contact them and the buyer almost daily. I must say, the care that James put in his job is absolutely outstanding. He literally shows passion through his work. The pictures he took of my property were the best compared to other Estate Agent. Moreover what I have very much appreciated about James it has been his openness and transparency regarding the market possibilities and the actual valuation of the flat. Not only did he match us with our perfect home, but he also introduced us to a wonderful landlord. Every step of the way, from initial viewings to the referencing process and finally taking over the property, was incredibly smooth thanks to Martin's team expertise and attention to detail. Communication was seamless, kept informed every step of the way, ensuring that we were always in the loop. The entire experience was a testament to the agency's dedication to providing top-notch service. I would highly recommend Victor Chandler to anyone in search of a rental/selling/buying property, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future. 2nd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)We used Classic Lofts for our loft (and to reconfigure a bedroom and shower room into study and bathroom) in 2019. Whilst they weren't perfect (show me a builder which is!), the project only overran slightly, was done to a good standard and snagging was dealt with by Bernard snr very effectively and they put something right when asked. We have since used another company and have had a terrible experience, so thought I would leave a review having realised Classic were pretty good all in all.
30th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)We have used Mark Beaumont and his team for both renting our property (for two years) and for selling it (this year), and do not have a word of complaint for their work in either area. They have been friendly, honest, organised, on the ball and courteous at all times. Recommended.
20th Dec 2018 (5 years ago)I have used De Scotia to let my property for over five years. They have always been efficient and nothing seems too much trouble for the great staff there. De Scotia have very recently organised a complete revamp of my property before letting it out again. They use good contractors who know what they are doing and tidy up afterwards. I have been very pleased with their work. Thank you to De Scotia.

8th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Stanford Estate gave us the most knowledgable and enthusiastic pitch when getting valuations. There were quality issues with the sales brochure when it was being prepared, but this was eventually resolved before we went to market. They did a good job of getting people viewing, and finding a realistic offer more quickly than expected. They were reasonably good at responding to queries during the progression of the sale, although always very good at sending over queries from the buyer.

Instead of going for the same kind of corporate, profit driven, pushy stereotype that we have all come to know (and loathe) the team at Hestia’s are the opposite. Their focus is on individuals, they want to really get to know and help people. The people who’s houses they are tasked with selling but also the people who want to buy them. We instinctively got on well with the team from our first meeting and it was just a pleasure working with them. Conversations were always professional and productive, but most importantly they were conversations and at no point did we feel dictated to. Viewings were handled respectfully; communication was great with plenty of notice at every turn and they found perfect buyers for our home. As with any process there were complications, but Hestia’s made a huge effort to help us and our buyer overcome these issues which made everything work in the end. In short without their help, we would not have been able to move when we did. I would not hesitate in recommending Hestia’s to anyone trying to sell their home in South London. They are brilliant and we can’t thank them enough for the effort they put in.
