Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. From first viewing to completion, they have been friendly and warm, they've listened to my needs and questions, and they've supported me throughout the entire process. Demi's swift response to all my emails was first class and she always took the trouble to check that I had another point of contact if she was on leave over the summer. I cannot thank you enough for showing me what would be my future home early in my house search, for remembering my interest and getting back to me about it, and for your care and communications throughout the conveyancing process.
1st Jul 2025 (7 days ago)We have recently sold our house with Capital Bromley . We had an incredibly tough chain with delay after delay and the Capital team were absolutely brilliant!! Jenna, Lisa, Joe and Derek were absolutely brilliant . Not only acting for our property but they went above and beyond to manage the entire chain for us as we were under strict deadlines with school applications for our new area . We really couldn’t recommend them more . So if anyone is looking for an agent in the area I would highly recommend them! Communication and care from the sales team was 5 ??

Thank you Richard!!- 21st Oct 2024 (8 mo. ago)I was thrilled to discover that Your Move still existed on the high street of Eltham after over 20yrs of dealing with them. This gave me the assurance i needed to engage them again. I walked in and introduced myself to Filipe and he listened to attentively to my needs and requirements. Such an amazing agent and team with attention to detail and ever willing to help out with advice, local contacts and any property related questions. Their rates are very acceptable, their local expertise is spot on and the sales process very transparent. Filipe was consistently in touch, pro active and always had a Plan B in place for me. I wish i could steal his contacts list, professionalism and calm demeanour! Overall, Your Move and Filipe come highly recommended.

Sophie has been absolutely fantastic throughout in keeping us up to date, being very patient with filling in online forms and supporting us with our questions and queries, answering emails and phone calls quickly, honestly and efficiently. Such a wonderful friendly team that have made our rental journey as easy as it could possibly be. I would highly recommend.
13th Jun 2025 (25 days ago)I had the most fantastic experience with Rizwan Ali at Leaders Beckenham. Throughout the whole process of buying my first flat, Riz went above and beyond for me. He responded to the multiple queries I had (on the day), was incredibly communicative, accommodated my tricky request to have a kitchen fitter go to the property to get dimensions (so I could get started on the redesign), and did everything in his power to ensure my purchase got over the line. When Riz was on leave, his colleague Adrian was similarly fantastic, and ensured things kept moving with the purchase. I was truly supported by Riz at every step along the way, and am so grateful to him for all he did to help me get my dream home. I cannot sing the praises of Leaders Beckenham more highly!

We especially want to thank the manager, Loura who was incredibly helpful, supportive, and professional throughout the whole process. They guided us every step of the way, answered all our questions with patience, and made sure everything went smoothly. As a first-time buyer, we truly appreciated the clear communication and honest advice. We are really grateful for the service we received and would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

We had multiple issues with both sets of solicitors but Samantha and Emi were always completely on it and incredibly helpful and professional. They were constantly chasing all necessary parties and keeping us in the loop throughout, from day 1 to day of completion. Genuinely cannot recommend these two enough. They told us that JDM were excellent at keeping everyone informed, providing regular updates, and offering a level of attention that larger estate agents often do not. I can say that the recommendation was absolutely spot on. JDM Blackheath got the job done for us, even in the current market, which is a bit tricky. Their communication and persistence really made a difference. I would definitely recommend them.

He then helped the whole process to run smoothly without being a “pushy estate agent type!” He was warm, polite and helpful throughout. He totally came into his own at exchange, which was getting protracted with a long chain. He made every effort to connect all parties and stop things getting further delayed going above and beyond! We are so grateful to now be in our dream home thanks to Deondre!

He communicated really efficiently with our sellers and made the process of getting viewings etc extremely smooth. He also made clear to us what the sellers expected and was very friendly which left us feeling reassured even though it's a long and difficult process in general.
