John Ashton valued our house and without a sale board put up I had three people interested immediately. I am dyslexic and had one or two hiccups with the solicitors, Alan Sutton put me at ease and helped me ensure everything was correct - from then on everything went smoothly. I can’t recommend this company enough I would definitely sell through them again . Not only do they have realistic , knowledgeable information on the area but respond quickly to any enquiry. An efficient ?extremely kind team who made me feel so was the n safe hands . Thank you for your support at an extremely difficult time in my life .

We have viewed many properties with many agents, but Nathaniel was exceptional and stood out head and shoulders from the rest. He was charming, thorough and really sold the property. If you are thinking of putting your house on the market, you definitely need Connells and a Nathaniel.

An extremely knowledgable agent that has his clients best interests at heart and comfortably goes the extra mile to make sure he deliver the best service with everyone in the process. I would recommend Maurice to anyone in Cheadle and nearby who wants a great personal service.

17th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)I chose GH initially because the property I wanted to buy was also for sale with another branch of GH, but when I met Lewis I found him very easy to deal with, and his knowledge of the local market invaluable. By taking his advice on where to pitch the asking price, my house generated a lot of interest straight away & I sold for significantly more than the asking price. It was great to have Lewis to deal with the offers for me at this stage. Finding a buyer is really only the start of the process, where I found I needed the support of GH most was the constant chasing of solicitors and other parties involved in order to get to exchange & completion. A big thank you to Joe too who won't be missing my daily calls!
12th Jul 2024 (15 days ago)If i could give zero i would. We were buyers and Edward mellor were friendly until we received our keys. Seller had left the house in an awful state, ourselves and our solicitors have tried contacting edward mellor (less then an hour after getting the keys from them) for assistance and we were told its not their problem. Our solicitor confirmed normally in these situations estate agents are super helpful and get things resolved. Shame on you Edward Mellor Hazel Grove!!

I am landlord and the exceptional service I have received from him I really do thank dean what an asset to reed rains. Also would like to thank Rebecca and Nick who have also been great through the process with my brother selling his property. Highly recommend.

Having just come to the UK and not knowing how the process worked, Jan Taylor was absolutely fantastic and kind - taking us through the process with kindness and understanding. We really are so grateful and recommend Gascoigne Halman to anyone that needs service tailored to specific needs.

I would definitely recommend them to sell your property.- 29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Absolute nightmare, the owner of the company came out to sign us up, which took 10 days from our initial enquiry, he then outright lied to my face, told me that it was so important to have an agent who has a high street presence and that 30% of enquiries come through this, was promised Premium listing and Featured property on Rightmove also. This then went live the next day on a standard listing only, so I was not impressed, then within 24 hours got an email - yes email they could not even have the courtesy to call me - stating that the branch was now permanently closed, when I complained and asked them to tell me how they would make up for the marketing being there was now no branch, all they did was cancel the listing altogether, highly un-professional and certainly not a company you should consider using at any costs, they cannot be trusted.

19th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Everyone at the Estate Agency have been very helpful and informative. They have guided me through the process and have explained each step. They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

The first buyer backed out and Anthony Leach was extremely professional and helpful to do everything to get us another buyer and also to coax the deal to completion as quickly as possible. The rest of the team was also great. I would definitely use them again if I was selling.
