She was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her communication was excellent throughout, always quick to respond, clear with updates and genuinely understanding of what I was looking for. It’s rare to come across someone so approachable, efficient, and supportive in the lettings world. I truly appreciated her help and would highly recommend Katie to anyone looking for a property through Knight Frank.

29th May 2025 (18 days ago)I'm not sure that I can beat the high praise that I have read on these reviews for Jas and his sales team at Stamfords, but I will be joining the vast majority here to say how well Jas handled the process of selling our property, and if I could award 6 stars, I would.. I knew that we would get on well from our first conversation, that 'gut feel' that Jas is a very capable pair of hands with many years of knowledge and experience. Nothing fake, no smooth talk. A genuine professional. Jas worked so hard to get a sale through for us - when our first buyer literally disappeared at the contracts stage, he found us another buyer within a matter of days and thankfully that sale has now completed. Communication at every stage of the process was excellent with emails and calls promptly replied to (I suspect sometimes even on 'days off' Jas was working in the background). I know that he went above and beyond his remit and I don't believe many other agents would have done what he did to help smooth the sales process and keep it on track. One of the things that struck me was that although our property was of relatively low value compared to other properties in the Stamfords sales portfolio, and hence the fee Stamfords earned for selling our property much lower than average, the excellent service we received confirmed that Jas and the team worked as hard for us and treated our sale with the same importance and urgency as if we were selling a very high value property. I concur with many things written in a review by Sapna recently, and won't repeat everything she says, but please have a read of her comments too. I have, without hesitation, already recommended Stamfords to a few people looking to sell their Hounslow properties. I have the highest regard and respect for Jas and the sales team at Stamfords and I hope that all these wonderful reviews lead to their phones ringing with many new enquiries and instructions. Thank you again Jas!

We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. Also, we must mention Julia, who too is very prompt and with a positive attitude, ready to sort necessary things out! Ben Kitson in particular was excellent to work with; very organised, efficient, pragmatic and personable, we valued his judgment and he kept the sale moving for us. Ballards also have a great photographer who did an excellent job with the sales photos, I think this really helps. Overall would recommend Ballards to anyone

Although we did have to drop our price, this was more our suggestion due to the time restrictions we had placed on ourselves. We sold within 4 weeks. The communication with the team throughout the whole process was easy and friendly, and they were very knowledgeable and supportive when it came to the solicitors. This was our first time selling (second time buying), and our first experience to get on the property ladder was stressful - we were expecting it would be the same this time round, but it wasn’t. Keegans were fantastic!

(76 reviews)23rd May 2025 (24 days ago)While I believe the team at JoR may mean well, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and apparent staff burnout made an already stressful process significantly worse. I wouldn’t recommend them. My experience was frustrating from start to finish. It took an unusually long time just to receive the memorandum of sale, followed by 6 weeks of complete silence — no updates to me or my solicitors. It was only after I chased them that my case seemed to resurface, and it turned out the buyers, who had claimed to be cash buyers, actually needed a mortgage (again, 6 weeks later). I wish this was caught earlier on in the process. Things briefly looked promising again, but then I discovered the buyer had pulled out five days earlier and JoR hadn’t informed me. The explanation? One staff member had left and forwarded the message to another who was on leave, so it was missed. I was even told I could “go elsewhere because Andre was busy and tired” — so I did.

10th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)Selling our home through Lawson’s was an exceptional experience, and that’s entirely down to Stuart. From our first meeting, it was clear he’s not your stereotypical estate agent — Stuart is warm, personable, open, and refreshingly honest. He was a real pleasure to deal with at every stage of the process. Our chain was far from straightforward, with multiple challenges that at times made it feel like things could fall apart. But the one constant that held it all together was Stuart. He kept us informed every step of the way with clear, timely updates — not once did we have to chase him, despite the many moving parts. His professionalism, calm presence, and proactive approach made all the difference. For us, Stuart and Lawson’s are the estate agent of choice in Windsor — second to none. We genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough.
