23rd Jan 2026 (17 days ago)Had 8 different estate agents value my property (having already done my own research). ONLY Fox and Sons valued it the same. All the others just showed my details of other properties, none of which compared to mine, and put a ridiculously low value on mine. I showed them the door. Fox & Sons did not do this. They organised professional photographs etc., and advertised my property. Within a week I had an acceptable offer at my and Fox & Sons valuation, and far above that at which all the other Estate Agents had valued my home. The service from Fox & Sons has been nothing short of excellent, keeping me fully informed by text, email and phone, every step of the way. all I can do now is keep my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly for the buyer.

25th Jan 2026 (15 days ago)After the sudden death of my Mother in law, we needed to clear her estate including selling her home of over 54 years. This was a stressful and emotional period after a difficult year. The team at Morris Dibben made the experience as easy and stress free as possible. The entire team where mindful of our circumstances and gave good advice on selling properties in our area. They kept us regularly updated on progress and advised us when needed their advice. Many thanks to Jo, Adam and the team for ensuring a smooth sale under sad circumstances.
29th Jan 2026 (11 days ago)I was very disappointed with Mann while trying to sell my house in Spring 2025. Firstly, they valued the house significantly above the market value, presumably as a tactic to get me to sign with them. This only delayed the sale because there were, predictably, no enquiries. Worse, there was then very little follow through from them whenever I asked what was going on and nobody seemed that interested in helping me. The only saving grace is that I had negotiated a one month exclusive period, down from their normal 3/4 months, so I was able to extract myself without too much hassle.
29th Jan 2026 (11 days ago)Having been let down by two previous estate agents, I turned to Robinson Reade and I just wish that I had found them sooner. The whole process was smooth and professional throughout, and they also worked very hard after the sale had been agreed to move everything along to completion. Their communication is excellent and it's clear that they take great pride in their work.

31st Jan 2026 (9 days ago)We recently sold our property with Nathan and Ben from Richmond‘s in Hedge end Village. They really looked after us and even carried out viewings on a Sunday. No other agent in hedge end does this. This is why we chose Richmond‘s. The communication levels were excellent and we want to say thank you. We won’t go anywhere else.

27th Jan 2026 (13 days ago)I have been impressed by Mann Ramsgate estate agent's negotiator Harvey acting for a vendor on a property I am interested in. He has conducted himself well for the vendor, protecting their interests. However he has acted in a way which is commercial, personable and straightforward. I've had a far better impression of Mann Ramsgate than I had anticipated. This is in sharp contrast to some other estate agents in the area. As a buyer I would be more likely to buy a property from this approach than I would from the competitors.

8th Dec 2025 (9 weeks ago)Had a viewing with someone from this company was really interested in the property asked to put a deposit down. We then got told we had to wait as lanlord had put it up for rent on another site. Waited for a reply for weeks in the end tried to see if we could get a reply or a call back but we got nothing. We replied on the website for property and still didn't hear anything back. Now its had a let agreed and still no reply. Absolutely devastated and annoyed would have been nice for a quick message to say sorry its not available.

15th Jan 2026 (25 days ago)POSITIVE VIBES. We put my late father’s property on the market with Charters Park Gate Office (Fareham Borough) and all the team there were very proactive from the start. Tilly supplied an attractive, yet realistic valuation and was very positive and professional while her colleague Lewis had potential buyers lined up very quickly, even before the official photos had been readied. Lewis also went out of his way to visit in person, to gauge the property’s potential himself, which impressed us. Within a few days we had an offer at the full asking price. Good team dynamic, good communication. Highly recommended.

We both brought and sold a house with Luci recently after having been on the market with a different estate agent last year with no luck. Not only was she able to sell our house within 2 months, she also helped us find a lovely home that we were able to move into last Friday! She was great through the whole process, making sure we remained updated every step of the way, calmed our worrys when they arose and was honest with everything that was happening. I couldn't thank Luci enough for all of her help throughout this whole process. I have already recommended Luci to a friend that is starting to think about buying a house.
