18th Sep 2024 (16 days ago)We were tenants at a property managed by Rochford Stokes for nearly 12 years, and during all that time, the team at Rochford Stokes have been very helpful and efficient in dealing with any issue we faced with the property. In particular, when there was a need for a repair or replacement, they dealt with that quickly and effectively, by appointing one of their trusted contractors. When the tenancy finally came to an end, they helped us with the handover process and made sure that we received our deposit back from the DPS. We would strongly recommend Rochford Stokes, their professional yet friendly approach makes them an excellent property manager.

They were very responsive, clear communicators and their experience showed when it came to a few tricky moments in the sale process. A We had the pleasure to work with Chris and Isla, who listed and sold our property in one week. They were incredibly approachable, professional, helpful and held our hand through the entire process, as well as helping push our solicitors along to complete the sale. I Can’t recommend this team enough, as the process, as far as I am concerned, was flawless from start to finish. Thank you Aspire!
19th Sep 2024 (15 days ago)Rampton Baseley were excellent from start to finish in our house sale. John was knowledgeable and told us his views on price - not too high but at the right price. The team viewed the property and we had 35+ viewings. All staff were on time with viewings, courteous and feedback was immediate on each viewing. We got above asking price and the team managed the process exceptionally well. Maartje helped with the exchange and completion and we had 110% trust in her views - she went above and beyond by even helping confirm details with a window company in verifying the guarantee details. Pushing both solicitors when needed really helped. Ramptons also sponsor a local school which also gives back to the local community. Highly recommended estate agent.

6th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)Had a viewing today and unfortunately the sales rep was 20 minutes late turning up due to forgetting we had agreed to meet at the property instead of the Foxtons office. We then went on to view another 4 properties. I wish I had been emailed the information for the other 4 properties before arriving today, as I could have saved us some time by confirming if any of the other properties were of interest, especially being shown a property that was £45k over budget. With my travel time included, this easily went on for a lot longer than anticipated. It was clear the sales rep was keen to sell the properties we saw and was prepared to answer questions that I had.

After trying three other estate agents with no success, Olivia found us a delightful young couple to buy our house and she kept with us despite various set backs right through to completion. One of the advantages of the way Laurels work is that it was Olivia who signed us up and showed the house and sorted out all the problems that beset the sale, which made it much easier for us to understand the progress being made, especially towards the end when we were abroad on holiday. Thank you very much Olivia, Jon and Anita.
