We quickly saw that our interactions with anyone there were much better than the ones with other estate agents, and decided to focus on liaising only with them for a house purchase. We were not disappointed and Yinka has been particularly helpful and patient with us.

7th Apr 2025 (17 days ago)The team – and especially Maisie – were fantastic to deal with throughout what was a pretty tricky transaction. Communication was always quick, clear and helpful, and we really appreciated how personal the experience felt – we never felt like just another client. At times the process was stressful, but Maisie went out of her way to keep us informed, reassured and at ease. She handled everything brilliantly, especially during the viewings while we were on holiday and the exchange/completion stages. We’re so grateful to Maisie and the whole team – thank you again for all your support. We’d definitely use KF again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

14th Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)Peter Woods was great with communication between us as buyers and the vendors, as well as chasing solicitors. This helped to facilitate the exchange of contracts.

26th Mar 2025 (29 days ago)I recently sold my flat through Hannah at Rampton Baseley and I could not be happier with the whole experience. I always felt she acted in my best interests but I could tell she had also built a really good relationship with the buyer which ensured the process was smooth throughout. Rapport like this between buyers and agents has never been more important and I believe this to be a rarity in estate agency. Moving house is stressful at the best of times but with Hannah looking after the process for me, I was always in the loop. I couldn’t recommend Rampton Baseley highly enough for anyone looking to move!

Dan was always polite, helpful and informative when it came to re-letting out my flat which was in a bad state and in need of a complete refurb. Dan provided me with contact numbers of companies who could do the work and would follow-up with me as well. Dan took a large quantity of photos of the inside of the flat when it was empty as I could not visit. I felt he very much went the extra mile. I much appreciated his help in turning the flat around into a lettable state and would highly recommend Dan.

He helped us every step of the way from sorting handymen to deal w minor issues, to securing our necessary paperwork, to finding the ideal buyer. We were dreading a months long process but have solid offer in <1 month! I can’t praise him enough!
