He made cosmetic suggestions to improve the property before marketing and the photographs and the video we opted for were high quality. We had plenty of viewings before our buyer came along after 6 months on the market and things progressed pretty smoothly up until exchange and completion. Kelly and Chrissie were always on hand to set up viewings and show prospective buyers around. We are finally settled in our new home by the seaside, and are very thankful for all the help and advice we received.

20th May 2025 (2 days ago)I’ve purchased a property through White&Sons which is completing this week and I’ve had amazing service from the start. The entire team have been super friendly and efficient throughout the process, but in particular Loraine has been an absolute super star. She was right by my side through the entire purchase which was at times very stressful (as it can be) but she offered incredible support and without her help I honestly don’t think we would already be completing. Many thanks to the entire team, but especially to Loraine! 5 stars across the board, 10 to Loraine…????

9th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)What can we say these guys are phenomenal. Steven as the manager with Matt and Jack as his senior negotiators absolutely brilliant. Jack took our property on (following a horrific experience with another local agent, beware) and from the get go, kept us updated, chased everything almost daily, had the tough conversations where needed but all the way through we felt it was under control, Matt and Steven stepped in when needed again doing a great job. These guys are worth every penny of the fee and I don’t begrudge any of it. Cannot recommend them highly enough as I opened this review I finish it, PHENOMENAL.

I didnt hear anything from them after the sale, I felt the transaction was incomplete, no manners or follow up email or call. Maybe this is the way agents work, first time I sold a house.
22nd Apr 2025 (30 days ago)Having failed to sell my house using one of the larger, more well known estate agencies, I wanted to find somewhere independent with a more personal service - which is exactly what I got when I asked Maison to help me to sell. From the very beginning, Zac and Damian were fantastic. They are both extremely friendly and helpful at the same time as being very professional and experts in their field. They do all the viewings themselves unlike the bigger agencies who send out lots of different people to conduct viewings. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is looking for that little bit extra when selling their home. Thank you Maison!
