25th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)Viewed a house in regards to buying it, placed an offer on said house for asking price and then had a week with no contact from the estate agents. After a few emails sent trying to chase the offer to we were told that they were going with another offer. Poor communication from this estate agents has potentially lost their client money as we were prepared to offer more. As of now (1month ish later, the house we placed an offer on is still on the market) We will never deal with this estate agents again and would certainly discourage friends and family from using them in the future.

29th Jun 2024 (6 mo. ago)Helen was so professional from our first visit and stood out head and shoulders above the local competition. We then largely dealt with Natalie who is brilliant at her job. She understood that our neurodivergent household needed some extra help and patience and she always did what she promised and went the extra mile. We had a long process which was no fault of Bridgfords and Natalie made sure our buyers were kept in the loop. Couldn’t recommend Bridgfords Yarm more highly.

Claire was the Property Consultant we dealt with throughout the process and communication was great - we never had to chase her for anything. She was quick to respond to questions and requests and always kept us updated with progress along the way. Upon completion when we went to pick up the keys, we received a ‘new home’ gift which was totally unexpected and such a lovely gesture. We would definitely recommend to others and would consider using if we were to sell in the future. Thank you!

Every stage of the sale and purchase was explained and all the costs were very competitive, they even recommended a solicitor for us to use who had a special offer on conveyancing. The staff at Pattinsons were always very polite, friendly and professional and to be honest, we didn't really expect anything less. A massive thank you to all the staff at the Norton office, a special mention to Tony, we couldn't have done it without you!

Always kept us up to date with the various stages of the sale and had regular contact with their team. Always on hand for advice and support. A great team and excellent value for money. She was absolutely amazing , friendly and very approachable . Very bad experience initially started good until the figures came in, that was a shocker & way too low I did feel pressured & harassed by calls etc. Felt They wanted an instant descion & gave false information which I checked out with my solicitor, I did get a few apologies about the initial recommended value admitting it was low. What if I had agreed??. Avoid this company and their associates give them a wide berth.

29th Aug 2024 (20 weeks ago)The company were so accommodating and helpful at the start of the tenancy, unfortunately this manner did not stay in place. Lies & false deadlines regarding receiving my deposit back have continued for weeks. Feels like the business is more proactive when it comes to keeping the landlord(s) happy, than assisting tenants to receive what is legally their own funds. Whole heartedly would not recommend Horzions Lettings & Sales for anyone looking to rent, cannot comment on the Sales side of the business. However, if it is anything like the utter shambles of the Rental side, I would strongly advise to avoid.

I had a discussion with Craig who went through my criteria in far greater depth than anyone else had as there is a general feeling at times agents want to chase you out the door as are too busy to chat. within 14 days of a my initial discussion, and a few properties offered that weren't quite suitable for me I was offered one that was perfect that I bought. Great after service from Cath too. much appreciated. cannot recommend enough based on my experience.
