Highly recommended, best we have ever used in 50yrs. Anyone selling their home must get a quote.

29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Helen was so professional from our first visit and stood out head and shoulders above the local competition. We then largely dealt with Natalie who is brilliant at her job. She understood that our neurodivergent household needed some extra help and patience and she always did what she promised and went the extra mile. We had a long process which was no fault of Bridgfords and Natalie made sure our buyers were kept in the loop. Couldn’t recommend Bridgfords Yarm more highly.

13th Jul 2024 (14 days ago)3 hours before the appointment I received a call from Polly canceling said appointment due to the valuer not being in. The agent explained that "the admin team must not have realised that the valuer was off". This is a blatant lie as Rhea spoke to the valuer Rebecca during the phone call on Tuesday to confirm she was available. The appointment was booked 4 days in advance. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. Business has been lost and a sour taste left behind.

Answered any queries, kept me up to date on my sale and even helped to get me information regarding my purchase that was through a different agency! I couldn't reccomended Gowland enough and if possible would give them more stars.
