Rob is thoughtful and thorough. There is no question, this experience cannot be beat. It’s the special combination of being a family operated, local business with people that actually care that make Sinton Andrews so special. We have already recommended them to friends and I look forward to using them/Rob in the future (albeit very distant).

6th Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)Avoid this agency AT ANY COST! Even if they give you a flat for free. They are not responsive at all even in serious situations like pest control problems with their flats. Their response to a bed bug issue reported was to wash the bedsheets and hoover! Completely unacceptable and irresponsible answer for such a serious matter. Their job is to manage flats not just collect their commission from the rent! Worst agents ever dealt with!!!!

Their up front consultation shows their in-depth understanding of the local and national market and the supportive end-to-end service helped drive through the process swiftly. Imagine, I’ve been raving to everyone about how wonderful my estate agent is. Imagine that?! Don’t bother with anyone else, just go here for an honest and highly effective service. This is a special team.
